I wrote a long post but then unfortunately accidentally deleted it and I just dont have the time to go through this again. It is unbelievable how polite these people were and yet had no clue at all about customer service. I have a Commercial fleet of over 20 vehicles and was prepared to give them all of this business. Yet after literally being asked to sit in the corner on a bar stool while he assists another customer that came in 15 minutes after me, and then he took a quick look at at an Insignificant part of my project about moving a simple aftermarket light switch on the dashboard And without even looking at it said that he doesnt do that, I then just got in my truck and drove away.

Tim is the man he got me the best stuff at the best prices and I plan to add more speakers and bass to my truck in the near future and hes already working on pricing for me. Dude is just all around great i wouldnt go anywhere else. Also Gary who installed my sound is amazing as well i see a lot of dudes with bad installs in their vehicles wires hanging and just bad hook ups but not Garys work.Absolutely no one else is touching my truck now. MOBILE ONE TIM AND GARY OR NOTHING!!!!!

Went to Best Buy first for replacement speakers in my truck. Couldn’t find anyone no prices displayed and the speakers weren’t working to demo. I bought them anyways. I then went to Mobile one the next day, walked in got greeted was told my options for me, demoed them compared prices and was out with my new speakers in 5 minutes.

They installed my radio quickly, and the staff were very helpful. Highly recommend.

Helped me after MOBILE ONE told me it was IMPOSSIBLE to put the 10 inch radio i bought into my car. They said they couldnt and WOULDNT do it. Well, I guess theyre not the best or number one since the IMPOSSIBLE was done but not by them. If you want good work done professionally, this is the PLACE !!!_

Got a remote start installed on my 2010 ford f250, well worth the money, very good customer service, and honest, they will spend as much time your car needs in order to get done the way you want it to be, save your self some money ang go to them for a remote start or alarm, way more cheaper than what the dealership is asking for, totally recommend them

I did not leave this mobile one satisfied with my installation. I brought in an amp and door speakers for a basic install and left with a car experiencing problems that I had to fix myself. Some random guy on Reddit was able to diagnose and walk me through the fix in less than an hour. Mobile one told me to bring my car to a dealership because they werent convinced the amp was the problem.

Definitely worth the trip to the West Bank location. This location is pretty good as well. But I prefer the West Bank.

Very satisfied with the service and my purchase. I needed some more bass and they supplied me with a 10” Rockford Sub/Box/Amp combo. They were able to install it in about an hour. It is absolutely perfect for my Hyundai Sonata. All for around $300.

My experience is a classic case of complacency. For as long as I can remember, if you wanted to have a quality car audio experience, you had only one real option... Mobile 1. Everything else was second rate. Its like comparing when going to the a gun store vs. the pawn shop. You knew what you would get when you went there. You had to get on a waiting list to get your car hooked up. Times have changed but Mobile1 is not keeping up. They have rested on a reputation that is outdated due to more quality competition and car electronic have had so many advances that e=most factory systems no longer need to be upgraded. Well for me, I purchased an older car to use as a daily driver but I wanted a nice head unit installed similar to the one I have in my Corvette and Escalade. What I experienced was frustrating and a big waste of time. First, the Metarie location is outdated, cluttered, junky and unorganized. No wifi for customers that may be waiting for hours to have work done and they even went cheap on the cable (only basic), so you cant even watch a decent movie. The bathroom needs work and the store has items randomly placed everywhere. The furniture is old and uncomfortable. The prices are higher than anywhere else, so I asked about price matching and there are weird rules that wont allow you to get a fair price. The worst was the fact that they didnt take the time to explain that my radio would not work without a special bypass that they were no longer installing. Mobile 1 needs to take a good look in the mirror and re-evaluate how to treat their customers. I miss the old Mobile 1. Youve lost a customer.

Arrived to the location at 841am and observed a worker enter at the same time. Waited until 915am and nobody opened the business and the lights were out. Myself and 2 other customers left to take our business elsewhere. Extremely unprofessional. Will not patronize again. Its unfortunate because Ive done business with them in the past.

I called on the phone axing for directions the guy was so rude because I called him back more then once that alone made me . I didn’t wanna do any business with them the attitude like that before I got to met you face-to-face why would I want you working on my vehicle no thanks.

Manager was rude, tried looking at stuff on 3 separate occasions and never helped me.

I went in about a week ago and had a radio, backup camera, and an alarm installed in my truck . today i had an issue and wasnt sure how to deal with it so i decided to see if Mobil one ( tim plus the installer) had any ideas of what could have happened. I had lost speedometer, windows wouldnt work all gauges were not working .when i got there they were happy to check out my truck . they found the problem fixed it super fast . i have never been treated so well . these people r amazing im impressed. I will refer any and all people who come to me for radio and other electronics . when im ready for speakers ill go no where but to West Bank mobil one . awesome experience. Great people
