Ms. Ray was pleasant and patient as she attempted to troubleshoot our issue. The entire staff was attentive and courteous.

Visited this store expecting a headache like all phone stores. However, I️ was pleased by the exceptional customer service. The manager got to me quickly and she was nice. If I️ need anything in the future I’m definitely going back, good for y’all! Thank you

I visited this store yesterday an employee by the name Ronald was suppose to assist me I went in wanting to upgrade my phones on my account, during assisting me Ronald was extremely rude, seem very uninterested in helping me, at one point Ronald tells me I need my iCloud information so I contacted my daughter who screenshots and sends me my password and i show the screenshot to Ronald stated he does see anything and tosses my phone at me, and told me to come back on Tuesday when other employee who speaks spanish will be available to assist me and This isn’t my first time having an issue with this employee at this location I visited the store in December and he was unprofessional then as well, but there was another young lady in the store that was able to help so I don’t get if she was able to help me and understand me why couldn’t he do the same... I believe if an employee is going to work with customers isn’t having patience a requirement.

Customer service is exceptional. They are very helpful and are not those pushy sales people that we don’t like. I always feel welcomed at this location. Thanks for everything. Will be back again.

Mya was so helpful and sweet. She assisted my husband and I with great customer service. She gave us info on where to go to get our AirPods and help us add our apple watches to the line quickly. She had a great and positive spirit since we walked in the store and left. They need more associates like Mya to make a customer feel more welcomed and relieved when they visit this store. I had a super delightful experience. Ive been being a grandma about getting a smartphone for the last few years and the staff didnt make fun of me for that. They also listened to my silly needs of having a phone thats small enough to fit in my hand easily and that Im clumsy af so I need the best case. At first, I was the only one in there with the 1 employee, but any time more people came in, she was always good at multi-tasking and was super friendly and fun to chat with while we got my phone set up.I generally dread going to the phone store, but now that I know which one is the most chill, Ill go back whenever I need.

Raychelle was working this beautiful day, the greeting that she gave me was GREAT 👍🏽... I told what I was in for, to pay my bill, we laughed and talked about other stuff also, but the welcome she gave me, oh I said that already such a wonderful person... then conversation laid on about apple watches, so she took her time and showed me the difference between both watches and I made a selection and bought one that day... sometimes just a simple greet and smile will brighten up someone else day!!! Thanks so much Raychelle... Oh did I mention that I drove from Baton Rouge too... I’ll see you soon

I got Tv and internet service for $75 dollars. The manager and, staff were so professional, polite and warm welcoming. Enjoyed my experience and will refer.

There is no pay/etc kiosk and when I went there was one person working. If there were a self service kiosk there would have been no waiting. The person who was working didnt even acknowledge me for over 20 minutes
