I had a wonderful experience at T-Mobile. I felt like the service clerk help me to purchase a gift for my daughter. she was very courteous and she was very kind, so I am completely satisfied with the service I received.

2 stores, 2hours, 2 models of higher end phones, and neither of them in stock when all said and done. Mall store even tried to sell me non available accessories for the non existent phone. Ive been a T-Mobile customer for well over 10 years and I am now giving up...
