Alfredo is the best. Extremely polite and conscientious. Initially skeptical given the location in a mall kiosk, but was pleasantly surprised, so dont let that dissuade you. Ill definitely be back.

First experience I took my creux automatiq diamond back watch to these folks to get resized and overall it was a great experience. The guy working there complimented me on my watch saying how nice it was. Process was smooth and charged me $20 to resize. I came back 1 month later after purchasing a Rolex Submariner and was up charged to $50 for a link removal. I was shocked at how much of a jump in price it was. What lead me to write this review is how he had a nasty nonchalant attitude about it after I asked him the reason for the price increase. Safe to say I won’t be giving these folks any more of my business. My wife’s date just 31 mm comes in and I had planned on coming here for a resize. Not anymore. I felt he was just up charging because it was a Rolex which is sad and desperate.

The older gentleman was so nice. He could see I was having a rough day, and the dead battery in my watch wasnt making it any better. He changed the battery so fast, and told me not to get so upset about small things...life is to short. I knew that he was speaking the truth, I thanked him for being so swift in changing the battery and for the encouraging words.

Desi is unbelievably talented and patient. He has a true passion for fine jewelry repair and reconditioning. He took my fiances 9.5 sized ring and turned it into a 6.5. Not only that, he told us about loose and misaligned diamonds and included a cleaning, tightening, and realignment. His price was more than reasonable and he is a super nice guy. His assistant Alfredo was also very nice. My baby girls ring looked better than when I bought it for her and it fit perfect. We will not go to anyone else.

Heard good things about them, so I went by to have a pin replaced in my Omega watch. Desi was very friendly and knowledgeable about my watch. He repaired it on the spot and recommended the service needed for another watch I have. His microscope was hooked up to a TV screen so I could actually see exactly what he was doing. These days outstanding customer service is rare. I highly recommend 1 Hour if you need your watch repaired!

My wifes platinum and diamond ring has been needing to be cleaned and polished but she has a hard time leaving her ring with anyone. We came across the shop and spoke with Desy. He put her mind at ease and she decided to let him take care of it. Upon inspection he let us know that one of the diamonds was loose in the setting. He took care of that and the cleaning in less than an hour and looks like the day we bought it. Desy is a great guy and had no problem answering all of our questions. Excellent work!! I had to get my rings resized and Desy did just that, but even better than what I had expected. Come to find out 2 of my prongs weren’t even touching my diamond that I had reset on a new setting. Their microscope and big screen set up allows you to see exactly what they are talking about and watch them working! This business is good for fixing watches and watch batteries but they cant be trusted to handle fine jewelry. I asked them to repair a broken white gold chain of mine and the guy ended up welding the chain together, but threw out the clasp and roughly an inch of the chain in the process. The chain was unwearable after that since it could not be unlinked or fit over anyones head. Rather than owning up to the mistake, the jeweler insisted that we mustve lost it before giving it to him. They then charged me for the repair anyways but held on to the chain for 2 more weeks to install a clasp on it for free. They did not call me when the work was done. I had to keep showing up at the store to guess and check if it was done. They did not answer a single phone call of mine when trying to check in on the work. Its now been 4 days since picking up the chain and the new clasp they installed detached from chain putting me back at square one. BOTTOM LINE - Do not trust them to repair chains and fine jewelry.

This place is great quick service and excellent prices. A diamond fell off my beautiful antique ring so I searched for a place to get it repaired. All the places I found big name jewelry companies I walked into told me some ridiculous fee for the repair and also that I had to wait weeks before getting my ring back. I couldn’t stand the though of not having my ring on my finger for that long I noticed the 1 hr jewelry repair the job was done in less than an hour. I’m happy I found Alfredo and Desy the jeweler, he is a craftsman an artisan. He explained in detail everything he was doing to repair my ring, even showed me a magnified image of the ring as he prepared to seal cracks in the ring that would prevent the diamonds from becoming loose and fall off again. I never write reviews but I was very satisfied with his work. That is why I took the time to write this.
