The salesman Stewart was very helpful and he helped me purchase my 1st Polaris 450

In short we had a major issue and the owner stepped in at his cost and made things right this is a place of integrity and definitely a business that I will continue to support.

I was looking for a Polaris 450ho for about 3 or 4 months.called several other dealers including one in Tennessee, then I called adrenalin powersports. BEN BAILEY is the man you should talk to. I cant say say enough, he knows Polaris, features and takes time to talk to you. I now have a 2021 in my garage. I would and will see him again and refer anyone to go there. His personality, manner of speaking to a customer is outstanding, one you can trust. Can only do 5 stars,Google should change that option!! Thanks Ben..

Fast and easy purchase. Had the best price on a Polaris 570. Drove two hours passing up the mediocre one in Albany and high prices in Tifton. Not big or fancy, just good service and pricing.

First service on my Polaris that I bought new. Had a winch installed as well. Runs as good as when I bought it and already used the winch to move some cut logs around. Works great, and the guys there are helpful and courteous.

Very Fair and excellent customer service.

Went in to get a one way bearing replaced for my sportsman, comes to find out they never replaced the bearing and just basically cleaned my primary clutch and charged me $150 and that’s with me removing and installing the primary... ended up buying all the tools and replacing the bearing myself....

Pretty upset with this company because I finally got my Rzr back after it being gone a month and literally the next day had to pay over $700 for a drive shaft and carrier bearing because it was bent causing it to make an awful noise when you get to 40 mph which wasn’t caught when was in the shop also I did get a new clutch because apparently it didn’t have shims in it which I’m glad Polaris replaced it but a few weeks after riding it the bolt come out didn’t even have one bit of lock tight on it I’m just so irritated that you can’t take your machine anywhere and it get worked on properly and whatever is messed up on it is caught in the shop and fixed before paying a large amount of money for it to be fixed and get home and it’s pretty much the same as when you took it there!!

I went in to buy an ATV. I also had questions about parts and services for a currently owned one. One of the questions was how much would it cost to mount a new tire onto a rim. I have the tire already just needed the old one taken off and a new one put on. I was told $100.00. I again asked, to just mount 1 tire? He said yes. I told him that’s crazy and left. I will never go back.No parts. No new equipment or ATV.

They repaired my damaged Polaris! Did a perfect job and worked with my insurance company. Tim is the best! Highly recommend

These guys are awesome, I was buying my first ATV and needed help. First off, they have out the door (OTD) pricing right on their website!!!! That is so awesome, I wish all dealerships would do that.After getting the runaround in Marietta at every single dealership, i drove to Griffin and paid almost $2,000 less than some dealers in Marietta/Kennesaw were saying was their absolute lowest price, and they wanted to tack on $500-$700 in dealer prep fees taxes, etc... but not at Adrenalin. Price on the web was exactly what I paid out the door, not a penny more.Mikhail really helped me out, went above and beyond to get me exactly what I wanted ready to go, even sent me a picture of it so I could see it before I drove down! Try getting other dealerships to care 1/2 as much. He even helped me loadit onto my truck because I had no idea what I was doing.... what a big relief.Well worth the drive down here, money saved, great customer service, excellent no BS pricing, and extremely helpful staff, what more can you ask for? Puts ALL the north metro dealers to shame!!!! Thanks guys, love the new ATV!!!

Called ahead to bring my ranger in for service and also to fix a seal in the rear diffWas told first come first serve would be 2-3 daysDrove an hour and a half there to only be told it would take 2-3 weeks before it would be looked atI don’t appreciate having my time and fuel wasted !Wouldn’t recommend
