Quick, professional and friendly staff. I needed a patch job on my tire which had a slow leak. It took about 30 minutes and the store was clean, an eclectic decor, refreshments and even a vintage arcade game which I didnt notice until I was paying the bill. $15 was quite reasonable considering my regular auto repair shop was charging $22.I will definitely recommend this shop to friends and family from now on.

Good selection of tires, but try to buy a wheel/rim, theyll have to order it, 2-3 day delivery. And quick to tell you sorry. The most common wheel size, 16, and they dont even have ONE in stock or on the floor? Yet they have a $1600 rim on display, in GRIFFIN? You have to do better. We went to Discount Tire in McDonough 23 minutes away, got a new rim mounted on a tire we had bought at another TIRE SHOP in 15 minutes.

I have been a loyal and valued customer since 2019! They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I have used the ACIMA Financing twice and am about to give it a go for the third time. The service is excellent and the staff are always going above and beyond to fit my schedule. I strongly suggest you give them a try. You won’t be disappointed.

They use scam techniques to get paid. They use a company called Acima that they will personally tell you that is a “same as cash” lender in order to pay. Yet Acima is a leasing company where you will pay much more. For a $615 job it will now cost me over $1400. When I approached the company they will defend Acima and not their customers. This company lacks severe integrity and are not customer oriented. The manager says “I KNOW my people completely explain Acima thoroughly” yet she was no where around when the person was explaining it to me. And….the person that explained it to me is no longer there and was only there for a year…::but the manger “KNOWS” it was explained to me properly. It’s just lack of integrity and a disregard for their customers. There are way too many tire places that will treat their customers much better. Just the use of a leasing company at all like Acima is a trap. Why would they use a leasing company and treat their customers that way and put the burden on them??? You are essentially “renting” the tires. Lol. They will stiff you. Be very, very careful!

Good deal on tires with thier lease program

They did a great job lifting my truck and I got an amazing deal on my wheel and tire combo! Hayden was extremely helpful as well as the rest of the office staff. Best customer service I’ve ever received at a shop!

I paid $700 for tires and their peace of mind service, when I needed to use that service it was a waste of their time. My car had a dash cam that caught them saying just that. The tire had to be replaced and they noted in the ticket We (Hills Tire) do not consent to being recorded. I was told they did not expect to have a camera in my car else they would not have said what they said. Why are you not wanting to be recorded? They rummage through customers cars, and claim it is to.find the wheel lock key. But the tire was fixed at 9:30 and he was going through my glove box, under my seats and dash at 10:07. The tire was off and then on by the time he was looking for that wheel lock key, that I dont have on my car. No worries. You did lose a customer.

I thought that I could wait on site for a tune up but I was told that it would take about three hours for that service. I dropped the car off at 8:00 a.m. they started working on it at 11:00 a.m. Got a call around 1:00 p.m. to let me know that the car was finally ready for pickup. Too long of a wait for just a tune-up.

These guys fixed my wife air conditioning even though parts were no longer available from the dealer. They went above and beyond to find parts that repaired the issue. She appreciated it. They have the best customer service ever.

Wayyyyyy to overpriced. Wanted $65 to put on 2 tires. Every went to 2 other shops, was quoted at $20 and $30 at the other two. Unless you get a discount here, Id suggest finding another shop in Griffin to do work on your vehicle. Will save you some money, thats for sure.Edit: Apparently they dont understand. I did not need to buy used tires, nor did I have 2 used tires. I had two BRAND NEW tires I needed put on my vehicle, that they wanted to charge $65 to put on. I did not want, or have used tires.

So I found this business while scrolling through Facebook. I thought it was weird because I had really been thinking a lot about lifting my truck and putting bigger wheels and tires on it, but I didn’t know too much about the whole process. Also I lived over and hour and a half away. But I started to message a man named Currie through messenger with “a lot” of questions and he answered them all promptly and walked me through the process and explained a no credit check / financing service that they provide. This is exactly what I was looking for, so I got in my truck, drove an hour and a half . When I arrived Currie and his crew were just as friendly as they were on messenger, provided multiple options and I found exactly what I had been wanting for a long time and applying for financing was super simple . I definitely recommend this place and I’ll come back for any of my future truck customization’s 👏🏻👍🏻

Sorry it took me a year to post this review. Here is my story. We had tire problems while traveling home with our 5th wheel.The tow company directed us to Hill Tire.We were concerned where we could unhook from our 5th wheel so we called ahead. They made arranges for a place to park it and pulled our truck in right away. We were back on the road in about an hour and a half. Thanks to the friendly staff and excellent workmanship. If they were in our hometown we would use them.

This place is amazing. The vibe you get when you walk into the store is absolutely amazing. The staff really goes above and beyond to help you. Definitely recommend this place.

Having just moved to the area, I was unsure where to go and the tow truck driver recommended this place. I will continuously recommend them to anyone in need. They had me in and out in less than 2 hours. They advised me on a possible recall and the staff was super friendly and helpful. After calling about ten or so places, I found that Hills Tire and Auto Service had the absolute best price for two new tires and a front end alignment. The only place I will go for automotive care. They are honest and let you know up front on cost. I have been to places that do the work and then hit you with the cost. Not here, they will let you know up front and then try and work with you.

Hill tires is a continuing disappointment. Purchased new tires for my Fusion. After investigating the clunking noise, from the left rear. It was determined. They had broken off the tire pressure sending unit, while replacing my tires. And the latest, of additional errors and disappointments, occurred with my F250. Ordered new tires. Made my appointment. They are big on appointments! Waiting. My truck is in the back. One and half hours later. I walk into the shop. There is my truck, still on its old tires. No one around. No explanation. The counter staff seem nice until you ask for answers. If only they had as many people working in the shop as they do the front, this would be a more confident business. For me, there has been one to many insults and mistakes.

They got me in without an appointment, were fast, friendly, and hugely helpful. Will absolutely be back for my next set of tires. Thank you!

Those who go to Hills Tire & Auto in Griffin, LISTEN UP!!’So I have had A LOT of work done at this auto place bc I thought it was a good business, boy was I wrong! Every time I have taken my car to them, I’ve had to take it back for not good service! This last time I went they blatantly lied to me and told me I need 2 AC lines repaired bc they BOTH had leaks in them🤔 How do two separate lines going different ways get a leak at the exact same time? When questioned they admitted to it only being one line but RECOMMENDED that I have both lines replaced....never mentioned this until I asked how they could both conveniently could get a leak at the same time. Not to mention the time before that, they gave me a refurbished power steering pump, without asking me & charged me for a new one. Well, needless to say that pump failed so they had to replace it. The time before that they “redid my a/c unit” & shortly after driving it I got an alert saying that my service system needed to be checked. Took up there & all the fluids that your suppose to replenish, were dry. So they topped of my fluids & light went off. Crazy thing is, I would take my car up there & they treated me like I was a walk in after THEY didn’t do things right! They told me”well we have a lot of appts, so we had to squeeze you in.” Excuse me, you messed up and then your going to make me wait?!?! These ppl are dishonest & money sucking! Plz don’t ever take your car there! Even after everything I never once got an apology. Karma works in mysterious ways I promise! I want y’all to know so they don’t do it to anyone else! Shop around & compare your prices!

Very rude management, poor service, and in my opinion they take advantage of people who dont know much about cars, just an awful experience she will never return. Been charged almost 2,500 dollars in just 3 months or less and every time they seem to find something wrong, this time she got a second opinion due to them wanting 1, 100 more dollars to repair a problem that did not even exist. REALLY! !
