This store is awesome!!! Claire and the other ladies were phenomenal and so sweet!! My friend was here from Tennessee and I took in to do a little shopping. She purchased 5 purses!!! Had 3 monogrammed. Then she purchased lots more!!! She still raves about the store and employees. She is getting her list ready for more purchases!!

Most of their items are cheap and easy to monogram. They do have lots of options. However, their customer service is severely lacking. DeAnn was helping my girlfriend and I. She was very rude throughout the whole process. She barely said anything and straight up ignored us when we asked questions. I dont know whats going on, but its a shame to have that attitude at such a nice local store.

I was in the weekend before Easter for the firsts time, and I found everyone to be very nice and helpful. I purchased a bag to have monogrammed as an Easter basket, and it was done within the hour. Great place, cute merchandise, great customer service.

I took in a purse to be monogrammed and two work aprons to have my name put on them and they were ready in no time. Great customer service. Great gift items.

Employees are very rude. Wasnt welcoming at all. They didnt listen to what I wanted. Then when brought to their attention it was incorrect, they got an attitude and said they didnt have time to correct it. Wasted money on something I will now have to throw away

Great place and awesome service....bought 2 cups w monogram and gift wrap was in and out in 10 minutes!

The ladies ...yes ladies...there were three there and they were moderately busy..took the time to assist me in taking photos for my neice,Taylor who is expecting her first baby, a lil girl, soon.. i was there at least 30 minutes to determine which color thread and fonte she would prefer for her Diaper bag ...nk stress from anyone...they even got the customers involved in a poll for which color they preferred...iy turned out to be fun for everyone..including the children in store with parents....i pick it up today..i will wrire another review on quality of work...their service is a WOW!!!
