Susie does a Great Job on leather goods. Her prices are reasonably. She knows her leather projects and is very skilled. And shes a sweet person with an awesome personality.I would definitely trade with this shop again.

Please forgive me for not knowing the ladys name that I assume owns the place but she was great to deal with. Took my worn down Ariats in for new soles. She simply advised that I only needed new heels, I left them and they were completed the next day. When I returned I took a brand new pair of leather bottoms that I wasnt comfortable wearing due to the lack of grip. She suggested adding a thin layer of rubber to the soles and they were ready the next day as well. As you can see from the pictures the results turned out great. I am beyond impressed. My only negative is that I didnt know about this place sooner and I have thrown away thousands of dollars in boots because the soles were worn. High satisfied customer!

My experience with this company was the best it’s been for me. For example it only took one full day to completely resole, put a new heel on, and put in new artist insoles on my tony lama boots. On top of that the lady in the store was very sweet to me and my mom. Overall great experience with the people of this business, highly recommend them.

Great service and professional people. I didnt think my boots were repairable and they did a great job on them.

I went to them for a simple repair on my boots and they told me that they really needed to remove the shoe repair from there name, on top of that that they acted like I should pay them for asking if they can do the job. Do not use them. I want to give it a -5 (minus 5) but I FORCED to give what they payed for, wounder what they payed for the add... things that make you go hummmm DO NOT USE THEM!

Leather is their specialty. Difficult to find this type of craftsman anywhere.

Website gives closing as 8pm. Sign on door says 5pm. Very frustrating to get there at 5:45 pm and find it closed.
