Well, I just went here today and got my dress, shoes, necklace, earrings, and the things that help you from sinking into grass. They had AMAZING customer service. On outside I was really worried just because of the look of the sign, but… DO NOT JUDGE THIS BOOK BY ITS COVER!! I tried on about 6 dresses. And I have got this really pretty purple dress. They let you try on as many dresses as you’d like. They give their honest opinions. They were just over all amazing people. We got all of our stuff today and only spent $200. Which is AMAZING!!! Especially for a dress, heels, necklace, and earrings!!

My fiancee and I made an appointment before we saw some of the reviews. We went anyway but were concerned. They were FANTASTIC!. We asked them about the reviews and they told us the current owner has only owned the shop for one year. If the review is over a year old dont pay attention to it, these are different people. Prices were good, the service was attentive, and everyone was super nice.

It was a wonderful experience. Everyone in the store were helpful, kind & warm. We went to pick up my future Daughter n laws wedding gown.

As soon as I walked in there someone was helping me find a dress. They are very nice and had a few dresses that was the color I was looking for. I even had to get help with my dress. My experience was amazing know where to come for my next prom!❤️ I also had to get my dress custom to me. Thank you everyone that made my experience amazing. I’m going to have a wonderful time at prom!

Soooo happy I found this hidden gem! Everything was so affordable and the staff is so nice!! I went to several bridal boutiques with no luck and the first dress I tried on at elegant expressions was the one I said yes to! Could not recommend them more!

I was so happy to find this shop. I had been searching for 2 mother of the groom dresses. I found a good selection to choose from. I was given the opportunity to look at the selection and staff also pulled some selections for me. I was not rushed and felt no pressure to buy or order immediately. The alteration lady was there and she was able to show me how she could make some minor changes to make the dresses fit my body style better. I was able to buy 2 dresses that day with shoes. I was very pleased with their prices too. I will be back for my 3rd dress soon.

My daughter and I had shopped at several stores and we both started to think that we were never going to find the right prom dress. When we arrived at Elegant Expressions the young lady that greeted us made us feel welcome right from the start. They asked my daughter the kind of the things she liked about the dresses and brought her some many options. We were so happy to find her dress!

Not very welcoming. Took about 5 mins for someone to greet us. Dont want to pull the race card, but I was the only of my kind, so Im thinking that had a lot to do with it. The store had just opened and there was just one customer with their family/friends so it wasnt packed. When I mentioned what I was looking for I was told that type of dress was mixed in on the floor and to let them know if I needed a dress pulled. I thought the point of the experience was for someone to assist. No worries. My $ has gone elsewhere.Updated: yes you greeted us but it wasnt right away. We asked the questions in order for you to answer. You didnt go out of your way! If your selections are mixed in that would be the perfect time to help someone find what they are looking for.

I would absolutely recommend Elegant Expressions for any formal event! Shopping for a bridesmaid dress can be super stressful but it doesn’t have to be! The staff was amazing and super helpful! Dresses were ordered and back in plenty of time for alterations as well! The color is perfect! Love this place!

My daughter was attending her third formal event in three months, so we were looking for a beautiful dress without breaking the bank. We walked in to Elegant Expressions, and within a matter of minutes they had my daughter trying on dresses. We found a gorgeous dress at a very affordable price. They also had very affordable tuxedos. The staff was very attentive, and knowledgeable. Who knew our small town had such a great option for formal wear.

I went to GA Bridal to look for a sash for my wedding dress. The ladies were very helpful and took lots of time helping me select the perfect one. They also ordered shoes for me. Great quality and value. I would definitely shop there again. Nicest bridal store on the south side! Thanks Ladies.

I recently went into Elegant Expressions with my Mom and Sister. I absolutely loved my experience and found my wedding dress!!!!! Im so excited. My experience was attentive, specialized and patient. I received a one on one experience and the prices are excellent!!!! I am so relieved that I was able to find everything that I was looking for. veil, sash and jewelry included.

I bought my dress online and went in doubting my purchase.With the help of owner Angies pleasant demeanor and professional opinion, I figured out what was missing from the look I was trying to achieve. In response to our most recent google review from Demaricus Ponder. We here at Elegant Expressions are extremely thankful for every customer that has stepped foot in our doors over the last 17 years. We do our best to meet all of our customers wants and needs for whatever formal or informal occasion they are attending. The customer stated that the tux was not what he said he wanted and we couldnt fix it. We offer slim and ultra slim fit tuxedos and the customer did order a slim fit, however we have to posted throughout the store that the tuxedos are slim fit not skinny. Meaning the legs are not going to be skin tight. The tuxedo being a rental can not be altered in the way it would have needed for the pants legs to be skinny. We try our best to make sure each and every customer is well educated on the item they will be purchasing or renting from our store. We do apologize if we did not make it clear enough what the rental entailed. Thank you again to everyone who gives us a chance to make your special event the best!

I went and bought my daughter a beautiful long formal gown there for her graduation party. They offered to gift wrap it for her which I thought was an excellent Idea. When I came to pick up the dress she had stuffed it into a tiny6x7 inch poorly wrapped box.( my daughter cried when she saw it)€WhenI called and asked her what we should do about all the wrinkles that the dress would have from being stuffed in that little box she suggested that we go to walmart and buy a $20 steamer and steam the wrinkles out myself. 😞

I totally disagree with these negative reviews. I JUST WALKED IN & THE 1st DRESS THE YOUNG LADY SUGGESTED WAS PERFECT FOE THE TYPE OF WEDDING IM HAVING! How exciting! Even after trying on several more dresses that 1st suggestion IS THE DRESS I JUST PUT ON LAY-A-WAY! Im so excited & THIS IS THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM A BRIDAL SHOP, NOT TO MENTION THE AWESOME PRICING... I just cannot explain how wonderful my experience was from the moment I walked in the door. I will definitely be telling others about this store & my experience! THANK YOU LADIES!

The employees were very friendly and helpful my granddaughter loved the dress they helped her pick out.

Sure would be nice if they were professional enough to list their hours somewhere--anywhere. We checked their website, their Facebook fan page, their Google place page--nothing. We even called and they do not have voicemail. Guess we will plan our shopping trip for another store that we can tell what day and time they will be open.NOTE: I am updating this review to tell others their hours posted on their door are 10-7 Mon-Friday and 10-5 Saturday.

Went there to look for my prom dress, the staff was so nice & helpful.

Just a note for any negative reviews this wonderful formalwear store has been in business for 18 years same management same owner theres always two sides to every story most upset customers for whatever reason tends to over exagerat and make up more that it actually was. Judge for your self 18 years in business says a lot.

Poor customer service!!! Horrible place. Buyer beware!!! They charge you a ridiculous amount in shipping fees plus wait until the 5th business day before they close to tell you your late and 20% will be added to your total, lie and say they left a message which was a lie!!!! The owner is very shady. I honestly believe all these extra fees go straight into her pocket. The place is also very outdated, so I believe scamming customers is the only way to keep the shop open. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere!!! Money isnt the issue its the fact yall hustling and its a damn shame!!!

Great place for formal wear!

Son rented a tux for prom. He told the lady how he wanted everything and when it came back the tux didnt fix the way it was suppose. So he ended up having to buy one couple days before prom because they couldnt fix it.

95% of the website dresses are either out of stock or sold out! No point of going to the store to see a prom dress.

I called to ask for an estimated price for an alteration and the customer service was incredibly rude. They gave me an attitude, I was cut off while talking multiple times, and I was hung up on. Terrible customer service. Will not give my money to this place.
