Phone service lacking. Cold and unconcerned they missed a couple thousand dollar sale.

After quoting me on the phone $40.50 a sheet for t111 i drove there and they charged me $63 a sheet. Then I had to wander around the yard for 15 mins til I found someone who knew where it was finally. Not impressed

Customer service definitely is lacking. Ive never been there so I went to the yard managers office to ask for directions. Upon knocking and saying good morning there was anout 6-8 guys just sitting around. I politely asked where do I go cause Ive never been here and they all looked around at each other and said i dont know. And made it seem like me asking them for directions was a problem. Then one said just go over there. Like Im supposed to know where over there is. Not a very good 1st impression of this place at all.

Very good store of materials and tools, I recommend them to a woman who speaks Spanish for those of us who do not know English
