The staff was super professional, they went above and beyond to fulfill an order for my 88 yo mother on mothers day after another florist in Griffin, Ga. completely screwed me over. I explained to the staff what had happened, and even though they had already cut off orders for the day, they delivered a beautiful gift box to my mother around 3:00 pm on Mothers Day! Thank you so much!

I had a basket made for my moms birthday. It was absolutely beautiful. The staff was so friendly and helpful. She loved her basket.

So doggone nice!! We went to get a smoothie, they gave us samples of the smoothie as they made it. The pumpkin cheesecake was off the chain, it was moist and just sweet enough. We also got to sample some of the seasoned almonds, and the rosemary almonds surprised me on how good they were. The manager, Ms. Donna, runs a fine store!! I’m coming back again!

I order from Edible Arrangements frequently but am typically guided to a different location. I lucked up and was given this location for an order today. Donna was absolutely amazing! The customer service of this location is outstanding and even if I have to pick up myself I will ONLY use them from this point forward. Thank you guys for being fabulous !

The strawberries and other fruit that I ordered came out so good. My boyfriend loved the way they tasted. The strawberries were fresh and were not mushy.

This Edible Arrangement is beyond fantastic!!!! Everyone, order here!!! Unlike other Edible Arrangements closer to me, they did not refuse my order because they were to busy and short staff. Furthermore, even if that was the case, they know how to address the situation in a polite manner. Anna, was totally awesome taking my order, very respectful over the phone and courteous. She definitely deserves a raise. By far, the best customer service I got all day. Most excellent customer service and the fruit was delicious! I dropped in without a call ahead 02/27 11:30 am en route to visit my family. I asked for a get well fruit basket and the ladies had no problem accommodating my request while I waited. I got a large Delicious Fruit Design and it was well worth the wait: beautiful!! My family was pleasantly surprised and delicious it was too. Thank you for helping to make my dads welcome home from the hospital that much sweeter :)

WAS NOT HAPPY...I HAVE PURCHASED ALOT OF EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS...AND BY FAR THIS HAS BEEN THE WORSE ONE. WHEN YOU SPEND $100.00 ON ONE YOU EXPECT IT TO BE NICE...SOME OF THE FRUIT WAS SQUISHED. IT WASNT WHAT I EXPECTED FOR $100.00..I WOULD LIKE TO THANK EDIBLE ARRANGEMENTS..ON MAY 14TH 2019 AFTER READING MY REVIEW. THEY SENT ME A NEW ARRANGEMENTS W/BALLOONS THAT I DIDNT ORDER AND A GIFT. Enjoyed the delicious strawberries covered in white chocolate the most but chocolate was good too for $5. Definitely need to pay them a visit! I came all the way from KY for this experience.

The staff is so awesome! They are always welcoming and have so much wonderful ideas and beautiful baskets for every occasion you can imagine.

Purchased chocolate covered strawberries on valentines day and the berries were good. Employees were pleasant and i got my order in an understandable amount of time considering it was one of the stores busiest days.

Staff very friendly, but full of excuses. The first day that my item was to be delivered, it never was. The second day my arraignment was set and promised to go out first thing that morning. At 12 noon the delivery had still not been made??The occasion was ruined. I mean how hard is it to find a doctors office in the same town you are based out of??

I came at a quarter until 6. The place says it closes at 7. They have items you can walk in and purchase so I’m no sure why they were closed!

This place is the nastiest place I ever been too I found bed bugs and roaches in my order . Very nasty and rude customer service. The other day the manger is very racist and treated me like I was a criminal because of the color of my skin just because Im black dont mean my money dont spend. I work hard for everything I have.
