Cookies are delicious! I had a great experience with this place. I placed a pretty large order only a couple days before my sisters wedding when I drove down to get them they were not ready but the owner was so great she offered to take the cookies to my place which was 30 minutes away. And she did and the cookies looked great and even better they tasted fantastic, they were gone before we knew it! Thanks so much! Will definitely order from you again!

I placed an order with this shop a couple weeks ago via Facebook and was told to come in and pay or pay by phone by 7-24-2020. I went to the shop on the on 7-21-2020 and no one was there. I went back later that afternoon and still no one was there. I called several times no answer on 2 different days. Even tried reaching out on messenger and still no response as of 7-29-2020. Then I see a Facebook post stating shes closed this week. So if I had ordered would I be without a cake? I wouldnt recommend this place because if youre going to run a business you should be available during your posted business hours.

Absolutely Delicious! Phenomenal! At first I had a hard time getting in touch with them through the phone, but I eventually did. I ordered a 12 inch cookie cake for my sons birthday and it made his day!!

Everything is made from scratch. Their cakes are amazing. They can design anything you desire on their cakes. Their Cookies and cup cakes are fabulous. Owners are friendly and its so clean. They also have small gifts for all locations. Would not go anywhere else.

When I 1st walked through the door I was greeted with a pleasant smile from the husband. He was very pleasant. The cupcakes were very yummy!!! I will be visiting The Cookie Jar again!!!

Omg, Today was my first time going here and I meet the owner mother Mrs Judy I think her name was. I was talking about key lime cake and she told me to come by and try some.. It was the best I ever had I have to go back real soon!!

WOW! Thought Id try this bakery in Griffin. Go there and the sign read OPEN. There was a hand written note on the door saying out to lunch be back at 2. Ok I go back at 213 no one there. The worker finally shows up goes in and I go in, no lights on. I let her know I needed to get some cup cakes and 24 cookies....she is writing another note to put on the door saying she is closed for the day as she has errands to run today and since her assistant is not there she can not make cup cakes. And adds if it is more than a certain amount you have to pre order to. Talk about poor customer service! Guess they wont be in business for long and I wont ever know if the product is good or not. Had to let my co workers know we will have to use another place today. Wont ever use this place!!
