I went to the Office Max store in Griffin Ga today and the gentleman helping me Ryan was extremely helpful. He was so kind and very knowledgeable. He helped make my day so much easier.

Today is 12/07/20 time is about 11:30 a. MI went to the Office Max store in Griffin Ga today and the young lady (Lamier) working in the photo section was AWESOME . She help me with my daughter graduation banner (Latreya Davis) I was very stressed out and she made my life much easier. I would like to also shout the manager he was awesome to.PLEASE Make Sure you go give them thanks.

I went in twice to bring in the empty cartridges for my printer and buy more ink. I told the cashier that I wanted to put the empty packs in the account that I have with them and use the money that I have in my account to try to help pay for my product. But they did not listen it happened twice with two different people I wish peiple would listen to what you have to say becuase maybe then you would have heard me telling you not to come to the griffin ga office max ever again

Only 3 sales associates...I literally walked up and down EACH aisle with no acknowledgement or service offered... one cashier was assisting one customer and did not acknowledge me and another customer in line until I asked if I could be checked out at the cash register across the store🤨

Only went in to have a page laminated. There was a line @ copy center. The supervisor was the ONLY person working it & she was FABULOUS!!! She had a nice system working 👍🏾. I will definitely return.

Why wont you, a business oriented towards all things office related, send a PDF via email for an 85 year old customer? How dare you assume they can operate a self service piece of equipment when you should be doing everything reasonable to assist your customer.

I shop here all the time and have never had bad service. The reason for not a 5 star is how dirty the outside of the store looks. There is trash blowing around the front, trash all over the parking lot, a flower pot full of trash when you walk up, leaves covering the entrance area, and no holiday decorations or any welcoming decor. Im sorry but if this was my store I would make sure the front of my building looked top notch! This is folks first impression and personally right now the store looks closed down.

Everyone is so helpful and kind at this store. Was able to find everything a little more. Outside the store is another story. The parking lot needs to be swept.

This location doesnt deserve the one star I gave them..If you need color copies, dont waste your gas or time..I have tried MANY times, and The color copier is ALWAYS out of order... Im done!! As far as Im concerned, they dont exist.

I have been using them for over ten years with printing and they are some of the most awesome group of people Ive ever met just recently I bought a laptop and they were out and of the one I had purchased and they helped find me another around the same price they are helpful friendly and will always try n find coupons or anything to try n bring down the price I love this place!!!!!

Keda is the most awesome associate ever!! She saved my project when my home printer had a nuclear meltdown. I was a hot mess and she just smiled and remained calm the entire time. She even helped me separate the sections. Keda, I hope your manager reads this and knows what a great team member you are!!!!!!!

Hours on door say open till 9:00. Stopped around 7:00 on Halloween and they are closed. Drove several minutes to get there...total waste of time. Was there earlier in the day... no signage about closing early! Frustrating!!

A good place to shop for office supplies, printers, print supplies, computers and small electronics. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The store was very clean, and the team members were pleasant at checking out.

Normally theyve had anything Ive looked for l have, however not many times Ive been stumped. Sales and coustomer service are excellent they can repair your P.C. or phone.

Ordered a notary stamp. They said they would call me in two weeks. I called two weeks later and found out the stamp had never been ordered. So now I have to wait an addition two weeks. Terrible service. Very unprofessional!!

This location is the closest office based store to my residence. I am much more of a Staples person but I do frequent this store throughout the year. Ive found that they are more expensive than Staples and do not have as many good deals. The customer service I received on my last two trips was okay and would warrant a return.
