Chad is really awesome!!!! He and Ashley are the best thing going for the company. These are unprecedented times and everyone is struggling. All the additional charges add up and people just don’t have it. However they do need to have heat and warmth. Chad and Ashley are always nice. I do wish the company wouldn’t wait 5 business days to come out especially if you’re low. Things happen with people all the time and they can be unforeseen. But Chad was reassuring and very helpful and beyond professional.

I called and canceled service on the same day I ordered it(Friday). Today is Thursday and I still have not been refunded my money. When I called on Wednesday to inquire about my refund the office help insulted my intelligence. The young girl told me she was not able to look in my bank account. I found that to be offensive and inappropriate. I am aware that she can not access my bank account however she is able to access the Thompson gas account. To credit an account is a push of a button. THISCOMPANY IS DATED!

I would recommend finding another company. Never same day delivery and they expect you to wait up to 5 business days. Even after informing them you’re below 5%. Why? So they can charge you an additional $50-75 for an emergency delivery. The drivers themselves are wonderful. Never had a bad experience with them. However, customer service doesn’t seem to be high on the priority list with this company. The whole experience with them felt like highway robbery with the nickel and dimming.Griffin office.

We came from the state of Washington two years ago. Our new home included a gas fireplace and we became a Thompson Gas customer.The sense of urgency and customer service they provide have impressed us totally. We know the staff by first name -- Tommy, Heath, April -- have all been a pleasure to work with and did an excellent job every time, all the time. We highly recommend Thompson Gas.

Terrible customer service! Canceled service with them almost a year ago and the tank was picked up. This is the third month in a row that I have received a bill for tank rental. The lady in charge at the Griffin, GA office will never return my calls. I was assured twice that this would be taken care of. I am awaiting a call back regarding my third bill, but I won’t hold my breath. I wouldn’t recommend or use this company again for any reason.

Very poor CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will not return your calls and 0 on gas and it will be 5 to 7 working days to bring gas or charged extra. The Griffin Ga office .

I have been trying to get Propane from this company for over 2 weeks. I have been stood up 2 times by Thompson! They never showed up nor did they ever call! I’m only giving this place 1 star because to be able to comment I have to give something! Shame on y’all! I have small children in my home and it’s about to be freezing once again. Thanks so much for your help Thompson Propane! Horrible customer service!

We have been trying to get propane from this company for weeks and have called multiple times to never receive a call back. Pathetic customer service...when we called back the response we were given was even of someone would have called you back we couldnt do any thing until thursday... unfortunately living in a rental house we have to use the tank that is already there. Hoping to get a new tank brought out from a different company so that we do not have to deal with this company ever again.
