I have been pleased every time I call and talk to someone. I’ve had a few things done the last being my table mirror and it’s perfect. It brought everything together. The guy that came out to get the pattern made suggestions and everything turned out perfect. Highly recommend them as they have gone above and beyond for me.m every time.

This place has excellent customer service and a wide selection of home use and decorative glasses and mirrors. They are a small family owned business making hand crafted and cut pieces that can be anything from a small Shadow box all the way to decorative shower panels. The mirrors and glass are a variety of thickness designed for various uses and situations. Im a multi time customer who will be coming back frequently for the pieces I need for my art! Two states and 3 years and I finally found a place that not only will I willingly do business there but I love looking around at other projects in progress to see if anything sparks an idea.

Neil, the owner came to my home to measure for a new frameless shower door - when he left around 1PM he told me he would not have the quote today but Tomorrow. Friday, passed and no quote, called him Monday and he still did not have a quote. He told me he was waiting for info from Cutler (not sure but I think it is the company that makes the glass). He did not offer to call and find out the delay. I just called him again today and he seemed to be upset with me and again stated he did not hear from Cutler and again no effort to inquiry in the delay - stated it might be because of yesterdays holiday - of course a phone call from Him to Cutler could have found out what was the delay - I told him I might have to inquire else where at which time he said he would just drop the quote and proceeded to hang up. I guess in my case, my business was just to worth the effort to find out why my quote was delayed. Would not recommend doing business with this company.

I highly recommend Griffin Glass Center to anyone. I had glass placed in 4 kitchen cabinet doors as well as had a piece of glass cut amd polished for a table top. Excellent customer service and very knowledgable!

I had someone come out for a quote over a week ago, and called back everyday since, the office said they were waiting back on the material costs. I called back today and the owner says he needs a few questions answered before he can even put in for a quote. Not sure why they wasted a weeks time if they really did not want the business.

Owner of the company came to my home and took measurements but never got back with me. After 8 days with no return contact, I called the store to see about having the work completed. The owner asked if I had received an estimate, and I told him no. He provided no explanation as to why I had never been contacted. At that point, I asked him about the availability of his crew to install the ordered items (and if his crew was possibly available on a Saturday) and was met with the response “We are not open on Saturdays and will not change our schedule for one person”. I wasn’t asking him to do so, only asking about availability. His communication skills are highly lacking and he comes across as easily agitated and rude. This is my second similar experience with him, unfortunately.

Great company! We needed some window accessories and we called one day, someone came out to measure the next day and a week later we had the accessories. We they say they will be there at 9 a.m, they will be there at 8:59 a.m! On time and I LOVE it. I would highly recommend.

Friendly and they will tell you what they can and can not do. I have been a customer for more than five years purchasing glass cut to order, window screens, and window glass replacement. Between moves they helped me by picking up, storing, and redelivery of a large formal dining room tempered glass table top. I rate them the best and recommend them.

I brought in a metal tub I had cut in half to make a vanity mirror out of 15 minutes before closing. The staff was very kind and helpful in making suggestions on how to mount the mirror and get it to stay in the tin tub. Richard did a GREAT job, I was very pleased with the final product. I would recommend this company to anyone trying to create a custom piece. 5 STARS from me!

I recently ordered a table topper for our kitchen table. They did a perfect job and are staffed by helpful and polite folks. I wouldn’t ever use anyone else.

Not good. Owner came and measured area for glass shelves. He evaluated space and items that would be going on shelves. I ordered exactly what he told me I would need and even paid to have them installed. They bow in the middle and 1 small item cant be placed on shelves without them bowing. When discussing this with owner he took no responsibility and claimed that he told me I wouldnt be able to put very much on the shelves. Why would I want shelves that you cant put anything on??? I had another glass company look at them and said he should known glass would need to be thicker

Replaced a broken window. Double pane insulated. Fits perfectly.
