I was mislead about the item I bought, and then I was not offered the Piece of Mind option. They are thieves out for themselves and your money. People who deal in misinformation and fraud will answer one day to a higher power.

This is one of the worst places Ive ever been to. The rudest staff and the lady I dealt with had no idea what she was talking about. She also tried to lie to us about a Spalding County law which was completely false. I will definitely be taking my business to E Pawn from now on!

Customer Service Was Horrible, Attend To Everything Except The Customers And When She Finally Reached The Customer, Attitude Was SNOBBISH And After Customer Did Not Agree With The Price .. Which One TVs Was Practically Brand-new And She Was Low Balling The Price. She Slid The Tv Back On The Floor To The Customer With No Assistance To Help Or Furthermore To Even Say Have A Nice Day.Needs To Learn How To Greet Customers And Also Send Them Off With A “Have A Nice Day”

Please check rings that you buy from them. They told me they sell or buy silver but yes I have proof they do. They sold me a ring said white gold for 160. Its silver !!!! Not worth but 60. I took it to Kays to have it size. It has 925 in it. Look before you buy so you dont rip off.

Variety of items and prices are usually reasonable. They have changed policy where they dont negotiate on pricing like they did in the past. According to employees it was a corporate change.

This location in Griffin has gone through a change to new management. And unfortunately you can not get the deals like you once could. I saw a T.V before the change it was 50$ went back to purchase it. After the management changed. Now 120$ same TV... So. Beware of the price increases... On Every single item!!!! Its a shame too! This was a great place to shop for Birthday gifts etc. But, wont be able to at the prices under this new management

This place treated me as if my money wasn’t green skipped all around me helping other customers as if I hadn’t been standing there with 1500$ for a ring! I had spoke with an employee Friday about the ring and told her that I’d be back Monday came back and was treated like this is unacceptable
