Just to Griffin location tried to open the door it was locked. Drove to drive thru. Ordered a milkshake and they pulled a McDonalds excuse that they were cleaning the machine. So we didnt order anything. Drove past the window to see 3 employees. With 3 employees the door should have been open. There was only one other car in the parking lot. Just sorry.

I came through and ordered a Cappuccino blast (Original) with whipped cream and cinnamon X2. Get to the window to pickup, its caramel i said i wanted original so they had to refix… They seemed annoyed, but i asked for original…Go back today and order an original cappuccino blast with whipped cream and cinnamon and she said no caramel right you ordered yesterday and i said yes but i ordered original… She gave me the original blast with whipped cream and no cinnamon. I said they come with cinnamon and the girl arguing said no they don’t… Um yes they do, and she said they were out anyways, she just didn’t want to fix it… They need to listen and pay attention…

This is the slowest place ever. I always have to wait WAY too long when I make the stupid decision to come get a donut. Dont waste your time and head to the local donut shop across from Kroger.

Giving the lowest number of stars because this place has been horrible on multiple occasions. Last time I went, my niece and I ordered the mermaid and unicorn sundaes, and mine had a very long hair stuck to the back of the chocolate. Not to mention we were sitting in the drive-thru forever. Yesterday we were waiting in line for quite some time before we could order, and finally after placing our order, the girl at the window left her mic on for us to hear her laughing and cutting up with her coworkers and hearing her cussing. When we were sitting in the line forever waiting, the delivery truck came through beside us in line knocking tree limbs and leaves down onto our car (with sunroof open). Then it got stuck trying to avoid hitting at least 4 other cars in line. We ended up leaving and never paid for our food. Will never go back.

Fast drive thru time. The milk shake was bomb. My son had the little monster ice cream and loved it

All I wanted was a large milkshake with 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and 2 scoops of mint chocolate and add whole milk... to you know make a milkshake ... two different employees said ... I don’t know how to do that ... I just left ... desperately needs better training

This is my favorite Baskin Robbins.They always have what you want.My favorite is oreos cookies and cream,butter pecan on a waffle cone.Good service.

This Baskin-Robbins has got it goin on in and out in a jiffy with my ice cream im not supposed to get.😃

Food was good. Drive through was packed and a little slow but the staff was friendly and pleasant.

They lock the doors at random times for drive-thru only in the middle of the afternoon. You sit in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. Inconsistent hours...

I liked it if you want a warm seasonal donut you need to come here. The person serving our donuts was a little smart with us but overall the donuts were amazing

The case was full of different flavors but most of the signs were Gone so it was hard to tell what they were. Customer service has really been bad the last couple of times I’ve gone. Slow and the people working there just seem to be going through the motions. Place is always dirty. After getting one taster spoon of the flavor of the month we decided it wasn’t worth it.

Would have gave it 5 stars but they were about out of ice cream only a few flavors left till Tuesday, when the truck comes in.

Very unorganized. Went there Today for National Ice Cream day, the cashier said NO we arent running any specials. Had to show her the app, even then she questioned it. The shift manager on the other hand was Extremely nice and helpful!

Its a Dunkin and baskin Robbins. Always love coming here for the coffee and the awesome staff. Ask for Harvey, hes super nice.

Horrible the worst experience ever!Horrible service, I thought the guy waiting on me was going to attack. He seemed aggravated that we ordered a warm cookie sundae he didnt want to go into the back and dig through all of the cookies... his words not mine. When he came back he slam the cookies on the counter breaking them. To say the least I was frightened.

Terrible wife wanted Butter Pecan we were told the cooler was broken. The container was empty but they wouldnt go see if there was more, I guess too lazy to check. We will go to Dairy Queen next time.

Coffee. Flavors without the $$$. Donuts...not for a diabetic. Breakfast sandwich will take their place. They even have a sugar free ice cream.

It was the best dunkin donut Baskin-robbins experience i ever had . The staff was very friendly polite willing to help with GREAT suggestion..i only wish I lived here in Georgiainstead of Texas.Unfortunately I am only here for a short visit..then I will be back in texas where there is no butternut or coconut donuts and sad to say no great awesome Customer Service...

Drove 20 mins out of the way to eat here after checking business hours.We got there at 1030 when it closes at 11 according to google business hours,and they still wouldnt serve us.

Had to wait a long time after my order was taken to get my order. Clerk was really rude and told me would get my order after he waited on several other folks in line. When he finally got my order done, he started apologizing. Made me mad.
