We had a last minute reservation and they were able to accommodate us so quickly and efficiently. Niki checked us in and out and she was amazing, such a warm welcome and a genuine desire to help. You definitely won’t regret coming here!!!

As I was frantically trying to find a last minute u-hall and trailer, I called the General Storage-Griffin in desperation. Not only did Niki calm my nerves but she went well out of her way to find what I was looking for, call the other company to confirm the reservation, and answer every question I could have had! Wonderful store, wonderful people, GREAT customer service! 10/10 would recommend!

Ive had both climate controlled and regular units here and theyre great. Ive had the pleasure of dealing with Niki on many occasions. Shes always been friendly, caring and accommodating. I highly recommend General Storage. If you think the prices are high just remember that when you try to find another place with 24 hour access. Their arent many especially as clean as GS.

General Storage in Griffin is a first class storage facility. They always cater to any needs I have and have good storage prices. This facility is always clean and well lighted should I need to get in there at night. Thanks General Storage and Mr. Blake for taking care of me.

Excellent customer service. Please make sure you specify which card youd like to use for the rental and double check before leaving. My bank card was charged (money held) and my bank disputed the charges.

WOW - I have stored here for years. The pricing is good. They have never raised their rates like some other storage places. Recently I tried to rent a Uhaul here. I unknowingly owed money from another Uhaul rental and they were blocked from letting me take the Uhual. The lady in the office (I think it was Danielle) got on the phone for (and I am not exagerating) an hour making phone calls to get this resolved. The OWNER of the storage place called me the next day to make sure I was good to go with Uhaul. Wow the care and concern. You wont find better !!!

This facility has computer, internet and attendant problems constantly. The gate never works cause the computers never work because the internet never works. Griffin Storage should pay their renters to stay. The frustration, headaches and the fees that comes with this place.$2.00 mail fee because you cannot go paperless unless you get an online account set up and you cannot set up online account cause the computers are always down!!
