Great shop! Diagnosed the problem, told me itd be ready in 2 days. 2 days later i picked up my car. Excellent customer service. The man that helped me up front was very direct, yet personable. He explained everything that I needed to know. Nick is his name if Im remembering that correctly. He went above and beyond to be helpful and he was a very pleasant person. Give him a raise! It was a breath of fresh air to go to a place with honest, hard working people. Next time theres something wrong with my car, I know where Im going! Thanks guys!

First time I came here, I needed an alternator which they were happy to put in... except they tried to sell me a new battery as well which I knew to be false as the battery was brand new, like maybe a week old. They fixed that alternator and never had another issue with it.....or the battery 😒🤔Maybe a year later, I bring in my spouses truck to have the clutch replaced and as we head to Culvers that night in my vehicle, we notice the light on in the truck we had at the repair shop. We were going to turn the lights off but the doors were figured the doors locked and we didnt have a spare key. So we take some pics and we call first thing in the morning. They said they will shut the lights off.....when we go pay for the vehicle, they want to add the price of a new battery since the old one died! We said absolutely not, we told you you left lights on and the shop worker claims it could have been the tow truck driver......that being said, we bought a battery from elsewhere and put it in ourselves. They also charge quite high. $2200 for the clutch system🙄😒Thankfully, we knew what was wrong with our vehicles before we brought them into the shop. If we hadnt, they might have made us pay for much more than required like they tried to do both of these visits.

Told me repair would be $1150.00 because labor charges were $124.00 an hour! And it was a 7 to 8 hour job. However went to another shop and got it done for $434.00!!!!! SMH.........

These guys quoted me for a super high bill which included an oil change that didnt need to be done. He could have just looked at the sticker to know that. I drove my car back to the city and got a lower quote with an honest guy.... where taxes are way higher. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else

Completed repairs quickly! Identified other issues but didnt try to push me into bigger repairs. Friendly.. professional and inexpensive. Will bring vehicles back in the future.

Went there because i had a sound in my car. And they told it it was way more than i thought and charged me 1,800 i didn’t have no other issues just brought the car. I called each time and they kept trying to keep the car longer and longer, i went up there and my car wasn’t even able to moved i needed it to get towed to the house and called the cops they guy was trying to say i brought it like, knowing damn well it wasn’t like that. They are full of bs and thieves and dishonest..

I can not begin to explain how caring and professional this shop is. I took my car there not knowing what the problem was and they took the time to diagnose and explain in depth what the problem was. They made sure I was fully comfortable and understood the correct terminology. Joe and Nick are the ones to see. I highly recommend there work, and will never go anywhere else. There prices are very reasonable and affordable

Shop took care of my basic needs that I went in for and went above and beyond for me. Very detail oriented notice a few things here and there that looked off to them and they took care of me. Honest work get what you need done and they don’t force stuff down your throat they just give earnest recommendations.

I took my car there and asked for $3300 took it somewhere else and only asked for $267 I will never take it to this place ever or tell everyone about it they tried to cheat me out of money they are Liars and cheaters don’t ever take your car there.

I have taken my vehicles to Quality 1st several times this year for different things and everytime the problems have been resolved. The service writer always explained everything very thorough and gave me options, which I liked. I will definitely continue to use this repair shop in the future. Most importantly, I felt they were very honest.

Non professional . lies saying they did somethimg and did not. for example they said they need put shrould back on radiator before I come take it away, when I looked no sockets been on bolts that hold shrould because still powder rust on the bolts no evidense of being touched.after 2 nd time having it there for A/c. repair they kept it a week no calls explaining hold up . stll my a/c lines freeze up so took it else where. they had me changing the compressor, fan motor, resister. now they say fan clutch assembly. I went took car away to take else where. Be aware of this business not honest at all. over 800.00 and still A/C problem.

The mechanic is 100% honest, and doesnt try to up sell you for anything. Hell tell you what needs to be fixed, and what can wait. After taking our 05 Jeep Liberty there for 3+ years, we wont even consider going anywhere else. Amazing service, and very trustworthy.

This place is NO GOOD! We brought our cars here (on separate occasions), and every time we got them back, something else would be wrong with it! We would always bring the cars back here because it was close by to our home....and the other problems we ended up having were serious problems, and we couldnt travel far.It didnt occur to me until about a month (and nearly $3,000) later that they were possibly sabotaging our vehicles so that we would have to bring them back to be repaired! It just seems awfully suspicious that after getting one thing repaired (that obviously needed repaired), we got it back and something else suddenly needed repaired.We are never going back there again!DO NOT GO HERE!! THEY WILL RUIN YOUR CAR AND YOUR WALLET!!

I came here just for a oil change, they check the car and told me i need it to replace a belt, they took care of my car with a low price and the service was guaranty for a year, the person at the desk was very attentive and help full.

They will tell you things are wrong with your car which really arent that bad. they are trying to drum up business. there are plenty of other mechanics in the area.

Only had a tie rod & a ball joint replaced, which I knew for certainty 100% needed to be done, and they didnt try to up-sell me on a bunch of other crap I didnt need. Their prices are reasonable, and they seem honest.

They are hacks and thieves! I wouldnt trust them to grease my bicycle! Took $9k to fix my Dads car, then spray painted junk yard parts and called it fixed.
