I am so sad 😞 that they are closing. I never had a bad experience in layaway. I loved the fact that Kmart had a layaway plan. I am going to miss this store. During this time of the year, I put up layaway full of towels/bedding/kitchen/bathroom items.I loved the idea of paying installments until you make your final payment. So, I guess this year, I won’t be changing to new items. I know the prices are more than Walmart; however, doesn’t offer the same Professional courtesy.Absolutely 😞😞😞😞😞 heart broken

Love this store however I have noticed that they are moving towards cheaper clothing. I can not find my Jaclyn Smith items which is the best in my opinion. Last longer and are nicer. Made to be worn not for looks

This location is a wonderful example of why the business is failing nationwide. Rude (amazingly so) staff and dirty as can be. At one point during a rather ridiculous check out, I wondered if I was on a candid camera show. Dont waste your time or money here.

Agree with others that pricing is better at WalMart. Still one of the nicest KMarts still around. Corporate needs to save this one, but right now will be closed for good at the end of 2018.

We had an issue with Nia. She so obviously didnt want to be there. She asked if we wanted the hangers and we said no but we got them anyway. I asked her to look up my points and she made sure I knew I was asking way too much of her. Im not sure what the problem was but it appears shes angling to be fired. I suggest she shouldnt be fired. Indeed her punishment should be to continue to work and wait on people. Each person that she acts out towards should stand there and draw out the experience.

Great store. Fair prices on clothing. Much prefer over Walmart.

The store over all pretty nice, but employees at the pharmacy are very rude. Especially the older blonde woman. Maybe you should train her how to properly treat a customer. They also should focus more on the customers that are here in person and take a break from the online prescriptions. A few of my family member come here to get there scripts, and they are the only ones here yet they have to wait almost 4 hours for their scripts. In my opinion thats not right to me. Idk what your definition of good customer service but thats defiantly not it.

This Kmart is trying to hang in there. The store is more organized then you may feel. Iles are clean and straight and the layaway is pretty organize. This kmart had always​ been good to. Need more big size sports gearl.

Some of these reviews are just too funny. The store is functionable and I usually order online before I go so I know its in stock. As far as work ethic or attitude, if I have an issue with someone I will work it out like adults. Kmart is far cheaper than Walmart, other retailers cannot compare to the SYW Rewards program. The open box scenario could have been handled differently, but you knew you bought a returned product not refurbished. You took the $50 chance.

My mother had a horribly racist experience earlier today at this Kmart with a cashier who refused to service her and even laughed in her face about it while he allowed others to skip ahead of her and get checked out. No formal apology was issued and the employee was not reprimanded. Disgusting! We wont be shopping there ever again!

Cashiers work slowly and with an unconcerned attitude. Easy to find what youre looking for at this location and there is a lot to choose from in every department.

Cashiers are sooooo slowww! Store is sometimes unorganized but I can deal because my favorite, Walmart is too. But the associates are unbearable at this Kmart. They are very unprofessional. The prices are also generally higher than Walmart as well. Even though Im closer to this Kmart I take the time to go to Walmart. Or just go to Dollar General. Gave 2 stars because of ability to do layaway.

This kmart is horrible 1st there is no electronic section its being filled up with washers and dryers half not even out of the boxes. They have a couple TVs and accessories like headphones etc no games. More then half the items in the store are just scattered hard to find things the store looks run down and clearly not taken care of. The employees even have the look on their face like they hate it there and most have a poor attitude and dont make you feel welcomed. The outside of the store is even worse its not taken care its dirty theres garbage all over the place weeds growing in the pots the parking lot is a joke ur bouncing around all over the place like your in a lowrider its clear that this kmart is running on borrowed time Venture was alot better then this place too bad Venture is no more

HATE this store! Spent $700 dollars in this store buying a washer and dryer. The dryer was discounted $50 for being RETURNED, I was assured that there was nothing wrong with the dryer that the person that purchased it was being charged too much by her electrician to change her outlet over so she brought it back. I got the dryer and washer home and plugged it up(electric dryer) to find out it doesnt get hot. So I called the store immediately and was assured that if I bring it back I could exchange it at no additional cost. I let the women on the phone know that I had purchased it with a discounted price and wanted to know since it doesnt work could I exchange it at no additional cost? She assured me that I could as long as I had my receipt. I brought the dryer back the following day and experienced the worst customer service of my life. First of all I explained that the dryer does not heat up, then explained that I received a discount on it from the department manager because it had been previously RETURNED. She then tells me that I would have to pay the additional $50 to exchange my broken dryer for the same one model. I let her know that I would NOT be paying any additional money with them because they sold me a broken dryer I the first place. She then said well we will see because you may have to pay the difference. She spoke to a manager and said yea unfortunately you will be responsible to pay the additional $50. I said no Im not paying anything else I just spent $700 with you theres no way Im giving you another dime because your product was defective. She then called the store manager up and said I have a disgruntled guest at the front that is requesting to speak with a store manager(never asked that, but fully welcomed it). She then went on to tell her why I was there and added that the dryer was REFURBISHED. She then was saying thats what I told her, yep, I told her that, mmhmm I know I told her that. She hung up with the manager and said that she was going to wait on the store manager to come talk to me. I said okay and began quietly waiting, about 2 minutes go by and the lady starts telling me AGAIN how Im going to have to pay the difference for the dryer and blah blah blah. I explained to the women had I known the dryer wasnt going to work I wouldnt have bought it and that I would like to wait for the manager now please. The store manager walked up and she had an attitude in her body language like she was coming to handle the situation. She was very rude and the first thing out of her mouth was so whats the problem, I said well the problem is you sold me a broken dryer and now your telling me Im going to owe you $50 to make it rite to get me a new one. She said well that one was $50 less because it didnt have a box and it was REFURBISHED. I said no, it was not REFURBISHED, it was returned, if it were refurbished it would work. The store manager mumbled under her breath thats not what it means, I said Im sorry but the definition of refurbished is brought to new again, so yes that does mean it would work. The store manager then rolled her eyes and said I will do it this time and just walked away. I felt this was very rude and unprofessional, why should I have to argue with them in front of the whole store with people staring at me over an appliance they sold me that doesnt work properly? This is not customer service at its finest. I know they deal with a lot of crooked people but Im sorry when I spend $700+ in your store I expect my appliances to work!! I WILL NOT BE SHOPPING HERE AGAIN AND THEY CAN KISS MY HARD EARNED DOLLARS GOODBYE! I WOULDNT SEND MY ENEMY IN THERE TO BUY A ROLL OF TOILET PAPER!

Terrible experience. I made the drive for 1 specific item. There was only one on the shelf & it was obviously opened & in disarray. Unsure if I will ever return to this store.
