They told me to wait for my medication and then said wait 1 hour. Then we got a text saying that it was ready to get picked up. When we went back it was ready for this Walgreens is trash the one in highland is better PERIODT 😭

Very unhappy with drive through pharmacy. Used to be fantastic for years and years. Now they make multiple mistakes, are really rude, and you have to wait forever for anyone to come to the window. Cars were lined up behind me, and even started beeping. Very imbarrassing for me, because they hadnt even come to the window yet for me. Negative stars would be given, if possible.

Everyone at the pharmacy acts like youre an unwanted begger everytime you go there. Either on the phone or in person they treat you with discontent and resentment. They have ZERO costumer service etiquette

Placed a photo order last night and went to pick up today and was told by An employee named Alex it wasn’t there. I had a confirmation email and Alex just kept saying it wasn’t there. He had the worst customer service I have ever dealt with! Never once did he try to resolve my issue and never apologized. Claimed it was a glitch in the system. I order pictures all the time and never had this issue! Due to his poor customer service I will no longer ship at this location. I have given them multiple chances and they are just rude!

Mean and grumpy pharmacist worked Sunday July 7 2019 evening. My baby was had a fever from teething and I asked him a question and he shrugged his shoulders with an attitude said he didn’t know. He just didn’t care! Wrong Profession!!!I just read that others had a bad experience. It’s time to call the home office

This is the WORST pharmacy ever. I have given this pharmacy chance after chance thinking maybe they just had a bad day, but seems every day is bad there. (Does customer service even exist anymore? ) Anyway, if you like to be treated like garbage, than this is the place to do business. I just cant believe the amount of money they get form the customers to be treated like that. Had to give one star, didnt have the option for zero. Good luck.

Wasted way too much of my time dealing with pharmacy blunders. The cost of everything in the store is astronomical. Its not a convenience store more like a burden to your time and wallet if you have to go! Lol

After being a customer for so many years, its really sad that I have to move my prescriptions elsewhere because of repeated poor service. Today I was given the wrong prescription. When I went back to the store they dismissed me saying that since I had already left the store I could not get a refund. It took 20 minutes and 3 staff members for them to give me back $3 dollars. Im really disgusted.

I used to have my prescriptions filled here when they had a 24 hour pharmacy. They dont have that anymore, and after having a very poor customer service experience with a floor manager I wont go back. 2 stars because the ladies in the pharmacy are friendly if you are friendly with them.
