Very poor service. Called re our ice make in Samsung refrigerator. Was told had to order part. A month later called to check and told it could take 3 to 4 Mos more. Very poor communication and follow through. We bought this refrigerator on owners recommendation. But not happy with it at all.

Little pricey compared to Home DePot or Lowe’s, or any other big name corporation. But ordered here because the quick turn around date and wanted to buy local to help support small business owners.Was supposed to be in 7-8 July but after calling was told not till late July. Called again today and the gentleman answering the phone was rude and probably shouldn’t be in the sales/customer service industry. He interrupted me as I was explaining my frustration. He was very quick to refund my money instead of working out a solution. (Discount, different model refrigerator, etc etc). Guess that’s why Walmart, Home Depot and Lowe’s are so successful. I wouldn’t waste my time or money to deal with them again. I suggest that you go for cheaper, reliable shipping times and customer service, which is not this place. Just got a better deal with Best Buy and I get the refrigerator this Sunday!!!

We have purchased many items from Starnes. Most recently a refrigerator. While cleaning on of the shelves I had difficulty in getting the area between the glass & the structure. Took it to Fran & she cleaned it! What great people & great service.That is why we keep coming back. Many thanks! Joy Foss

We purchased a Samsung front load washer and dryer alon with a pure wash system. It was about 2pm when the transaction was done and they had it delivered and installed that day! Fast forward a few months and I called with a question on how to clean the washer filter and they were more than happy to assist. Great service.

My wife and I contacted them about servicing our Samsung refrigerator. We called them on three separate occasions. Well he would have to “look up” our account. They couldn’t find it each time and after he couldn’t find it then the “soonest” they could get there would be Monday. After three weeks of this I finally questioned him why and the response was “we take care of our customers first.” Well that is what I was trying to be. Guess I will shop elsewhere for service and new appliances. If he would have just said that the first time we called I wouldn’t be so disappointed with them.
