Very nice and easy to work with. They had just what we needed, at a great price. A totally different experience from Malcom Lumber. For one they had everything we needed at Penrose, and they seemed confused why we would be asking if they have single boards in common dimensions, they then cut exactly the lengths we wanted and charged us as much for three boards as Malcom charged for one.Ill definitely be coming back to Penrose for all my lumber needs.While at Malcom they told us there was only one of the several boards we were after, they over charged, and then when they sent us to the back warehouse to pick up the board, it took waiting for a while and hollering at the multiple workers sitting there chatting to get them to show me where my board was despite having just talked on the walkie talkies with the front desk about us coming back.Anyways, shop Penrose if you want good service, good availability of items, and good prices.
