Cane in to return some items from Amazon. It was quick, simple and easy. No waiting ir any other fuss at all.
They maybe busy at times but they are quick. Good location with limited parking. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

Right now they are only letting 5 people at a time in due to Covid-19. I decided to sit in my car to wait for my paperwork to fax because the line was so busy. The sales associate went the extra mile and personally came to my car to let me know my paperwork was faxed and sent. Great customer service. FAST and efficient. Wonderful job they are doing during this pandemic!!!
Unrealistic prices for printing one paper. They want $5.29 for one paper.

They should say they close earlier than 5. I got there at 455 and the gate was up and the door was locked! I had five minutes to deliver my packages.

Visited 7/15/17 around 330PM. Not sure the name of the fellow who helped me but dude had some serious beard game going on.I walked in, huge line, I was NOT looking forward to it. I was there for maybe a total of five minutes, I was at the front for about thirty seconds.That is wildly impressive. Thanks UPS!

Came to ship something electronic. I asked if they carry the anti-static bubble wrap for electronics, its usually pink. He stares at me for 3 seconds clueless of what i am talking about and says no but i got this normal bubble wrap and points to the 3 foot roll in the middle of the floor. Yeah you cant wrap electronics in that, genius. Had he been knowledgable about packing, I would have returned to ship my package after finding the necessary material.
Just dropped in for help returning my Comcast equipment and an Amazon order. Hadnt done either and didnt know what to expect. Mitch was incredibly helpful and so nice. He took care of everything for me, and even had some tips for keeping tabs on the Comcast return to ensure they dont charge me for anything extra. Great experience!

Beware that you may be misled into thinking that it is cheaper to ship from UPS than from the Post Office. On January 23, 2014, Kyle Lewis, a clerk at the Mack Ave. store intentionally led me to believe that an 11.8 oz. package shipped to Dodgeville, WI via UPS would cost the same or perhaps a bit less than shipping by way of USPS. The UPS rate was over $9.00. The USPS rate was $3.60. It appears management at the UPS Store encourages its employees to do what ever it takes to gain a little more market-share. Beware!

I had problems with a package delivery. Kyle bird dogged the issue and together with the manager Sarah they quickly solved the problem. The customer service was top notch.

Went in to return att equipment as directed by att. When I went in I was told system was down and offered a card, I am a busy person and I was given a deadline by att to get this done, what good is a card going to do me? If your system doesnt work you are useless to me. So instead Im driving even further away, wasting even more of my time to get this done.

Saturday @ 330pm... Needed to return ATT equipment. Was told the system was down. However, I asked the clerk if he knew of another location near-by and if I could have their number. He huffed as if I was wasting his time and told me I could just look it up on Google, then sputtered off a number and turned his back on me while eating a tray of food at the register. Poorest customer service ever but if thats the way UPS operates they dont want or need my money. My cell phone battery was super low and I could not get the internet or a clear call. by the time I charged my phone in the car the second location was closing in 10 mins, I would have been able to make it in 15 with a little cooperation from the sales clerk.
