My husband and I wished to create our own phone plan since it was past time to do so. The store is very clean and well organized. The manager Taylor was very helpful and patient with us and assisting our needs. The store gets easy sometimes and he acted very professionally towards all. We were patient and we had everything that we wished for when we left, including a brand new phone with a case. The payment explanation set up was explained to us by Tyler in an understandable way and without frills or confusion. Thank you so much and we are happy to be apart of a new AT&T family.

We went to the Grosse Pointe Woods store on Mack in the old Radio Shack location. We had an excellent visit, the staff greeted us immediately, were helping us in less than two minutes, they were very knowledgeable about the products and answered our questions easily. They were very efficient in the processing of our order and explained everything so we understood completely. They worked together as a well organized team to help us and the other customers that arrived after us. We will going back to this location anytime we need anything!

Great customer service. Tyler and Autumn where very helpful when I was in there the other day. I am older and not very knowledgeable with technology and they helped me out a lot. I highly recommend this store to anyone. It’s clean and employees are friendly and knowledgeable.

The store is nice and clean and new. It was well stocked. But, the highlight of going there was the service we received. We were greeted promptly and treated wonderfully throughout the process. We worked with Tyler, and he was fabulous. It’s obvious that great customer service is the goal there. I would highly recommend the store.

We went in to T-Mobile first but they gave us the run around on the phone to come into the store. Went to the store they still couldn’t help us. Came down the street to At&T and Tyler definitely took care us. Nice, professional and quick. Highly recommend going here.

What a great experience at the new AT&T store! Rita, Chay, and Dominic went above and beyond to get my family and I new phones and a great plan both for phones and internet. Amazing how they got everything done for us and we are so happy with our experience. Definitely recommend anyone stops in and checks them out.

Beware! This is an ATT authorized retailer! That means that they don’t have to follow ATTs policies. I purchased a phone and it broke a hour later. This store refused to return the phone even though ATT states they will return any phone with 14 days no hassle. They disguise themselves as ATT by wearing ATT uniforms and having their advertising but are not held to the ATT corporate standard. Please please do not purchase a new phone here and use an ATT corporate store or their online store.

The wait is to darn long and they have become rude. As if they rule the airwaves.
