Do not recommend. When calling to obtain a copy of my prescription they are pulling all sorts of bizarre delaying tactics and then trying to nickel and dime me for basic information about my prescription. I cant imagine trying to milk money from a patient in need whos just trying to get their own information! I wouldnt trust or recommend a practice that would employ such unethical practices.

Dr. Lagassa is an extremely thorough and informative doctor. She goes above and beyond for her patients. They also have an excellent selection of eye glasses. My whole family has been extremely happy to make the drive to Pointe Vision!

The fact that they drastically change their hours on a daily basis without warning is extremely unprofessional. Ive been waiting to get my glasses for over a week because they keep suddenly closing 6 hours early. When you tell me to be there at 3pm, and then decide to close at 1 without telling me - I have a problem with that!

Very poor quality frames. I had got glasses for my daughter and in 1 week they bent while she was using an equipment at school. The optician was very rude. I am definitely not going back there
