Called to purchase a new phone at full price and sign up for services through this location and every question I asked the kid ( a rude young guy) huffed then put me on hold and hung up on me. Great service for grosse point! Hope management doesnt find out he blew a full price sale.

Just checked this stores hours and read the bad reviews. I have been going into this store for about 6 years and purchased items from phones to batteries and never had a bad experience.

Had everything i was looking for. Website was accurate about the items being in stock, and i purchased them.

Recycling batteries is a big deal, thanks for the public service.

They were helpful but I think they are going out of business hate that

I can now understand why Radio Shack is going out of business ...... It because of their sales practice and schemes against paying customers ..... I will never visit another Radio Shack ever ......

They have helped me with many purchases. Pricing is bad but they habe to stay in business somehow.

Went into store. No greeting, I stood & waited for assistance for about 5 minutes, no one came over. I left store. No thanks, have a great day.....Customer Service Stinks!
