You cant get no one answer the phone bad service

Awful business. Ordered flower delivery for my girlfriend at noon and the woman on the phone assured me my order was in. Took my credit card info and everything. I looked at my bank account 6 hours later only to see the charge reversed. So I called the business back and they say the ordered was cancelled and could not provide me with a reason. Said they would look into it and give me a call back tomorrow. Tomorrow?? Today was Valentine’s Day, the day I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with flowers. Will never shop at this business again and would suggest everyone else do the same. Extremely unprofessional.

This place is legendary. I had never been before but had heard of them many times. The arrangement we ended up buying was beautiful, and the recipient knew exactly what Viviano flower shop was and was excited to receive them.

FIRST! The too often you get to be the first comment! This is a nice flower shop if you happen to find yourself in the Pointes! They have excellent quality arrangements and the woman that helped us was very nice.
