I forgot my wallet at the gas station after I went in for hot chocolate that night. Next day when I realized I called the store and they were honest about finding my wallet. I live 3 hours away. They offered to mail it out to me. I told them I can send money to them for shipping. They refused to accept money. A couple days later I was delivered my wallet. I can say very professional, honest, and trustworthy staff works in this gas station. I am extremely thankful. I spoke to several staff members over the phone and am very grateful with all of them. I want to give a special thanks to Jake and Susanne for helping me out to obtain my wallet back. You guys are one of a kind.

Car wash is a waste of money. No brushes, just a pressure wash which leaves the car mostly dirty.

Decent diesel prices for the area (much better than the Chevron just up the street) but disgusting diesel pump handles.

After 20 years, Chevron on Grand Ave in Grover Beach will no longer get my business. Though staff is always courteous and professional, they are inconsistent in mask wearing and allow customers to enter maskless. Some staff give a nod to protection by wearing shields but they are not effective. Others refuse to cover their noses as well as their mouths. The fault lies with management for not having effective corona virus policies.

The price of unleaded gas for Chevron card holders was posted at $4.25.9. The pump charged me $4.33.9, even though I used my Chevron card. Too bad no one oversees this type of dishonest practice.

Clean ..awesome customer service they still clean your window and pump your gas if you like ..prices were reasonable..

This gas station is super hard to get in and out of because large vehicles with trailers pull in. They often block the road and entrance and exits. However it does have air at each gas pump which is nice if you need to air up your tires.

Friendly, place is always clean, store has everything for the beach and picnic and to stock up your RV. Car wash always working too!

Car wash sucks. Customer Service was generous for a free car (in which we got the most expensive one)wash after 1st attempt. Went through car wash again and fail. Dont get car wash there unless you need a rinse to get dust off thats it.

Its the cleanest most well run gas station of any kind that I have had the pleasure of visiting all the staff are friendly and polite . The station is located in a very easy to assess location. They have quite the assortment of high end souvenirs, hoodies, sweat pants, bandanas, hats, beanies; T-shirts, both women & mens, custom cups & keychains ; also a very competitive wine selection from some of the best wineries in the region. They have so many different Items I have only listed just a few. They have alot of I forgot to get Items needed for that perfect beach/camping excursion or just a last-minute grab on the way home. Everyone loves to take home something from their trip except I am guessing the sand and salt and dirt the vehicle picked up conveniently theyre equipped with a car wash on site, free air for the tires, and yes they have a ATM safely installed inside the station for your safety and convenience. I believe I forgot to mention they have propane and firewood too and last but definitely not least theyre well set up to make sure the handicaps have a warm welcome. I believe its one of the best, people friendly, businesses in Grover Beach !👍👍👍👍👍😎

I just left this gas station a moment ago extremely dissatisfied and with that horrible feeling where I know Im being ripped off and theres nothing I can do about it.They have a huge brightly illuminated sign with their gas prices listed, like almost every other gas station. When I dipped my card and selected the regular grade of gasoline I was charged ten cents more than the sign advertised. I got my receipt and went indoors and spoke with an associate named Jason, and before I could finish asking my question he cut me off and informed me that there is another sign (much smaller, not illuminated, and actually blocked by the larger sign) and on that sign it has the correct prices listed. He offered no help, and assured that it was perfectly legal to advertise that way. Clearly, Im not the first person to question their practices, but I wish someone would have warned me before I dipped my card.Being charged 10 cents more per gallon is annoying, but the worst part is that they are aware of the confusion this is causing and have no problem ripping people off.

When to put air in my tires and fill up my car and within 12hrs my card info was stolen there and was charged over $200.00 in fuel. PEOPLE BEWARE! Will never go to this gas station again.

Friendly staff, but I am not impressed with the car wash. Came out with bugs still on the front of the car. Now I have to rewash their wash job. Doubt Ill be taking the car back there again

This station seems to never give recipient at pump. You have to go inside and wait in line.I live here and am not filling up at this station anymore !!

Try to get propane here the guy inside said twice after I return is on his way out is on his way out never showed up
