Not only did he gladly help me he went above and beyond....So much time he devoted to me helping me learn what coins my dad left us when he passed. He made sure that I didnt lose any money and educated me in such a way that I had confidence to sell my coins on my own. Not one time did he ask to be compensated in fact he encouraged me to try and make as much as I could for my mom.Today we live in a very different world and we dont have many Tims left. Tim Merritte has deep knowledge of of coins, paper currency and jewelry. I inherited a modest amount of jewelry and antique currency and contacted Tim to appraise it with hopes of selling it. Id taken the same items to 2 other jewelry/coin shops with mixed results. Tim was different. He immediately identified nearly every item from sight with details about its history and value. His prices were almost twice the highest price I had previously received. Besides all that, hes a pleasure to deal with. Id gladly work with Tim again and highly recommend him.
