I had the most wonderful experience at Dente today!! I really felt like I was taken care of as if I were a family member of the team. I felt very welcomed by the warm staff members, safe because of all the precautions taken in the office and Dr. Betancor is the best of the best!! Ive been bringing my daughter to Dente for 3 years for her braces. She just had them removed amd Im so very happy with the results ! The staff is very professional and helpful and the braces were affordable. Ive also been seen by the dentist for my own dental care. If I could give 100 stars I would! Lets first start by saying that I’m extremely anxious about the dentist from horrible experiences in the past. I even passed out one time before, but I knew I needed some dental work and when reading other reviews I decided to go to Dente and I’m now in love! As soon as I arrived I told them about my anxiety and the level of care, love and patience I received was extraordinary. I had several things that had to be done and let me tell you that this is the first time a visit to the dentist is completely painless. Everyone from the receptionist, the hygienist (Any) and the doctor (Dr. Betancor) are so professional and sweet. Any (hygienist) even held my hand while the doctor did the work because I was so scared; who does that, right? At Dente you feel special, you feel like you matter because everyone takes the time to explain everything in detail and to hear what you have to say! Also, waiting time is maximum 5 minutes which I had never seen before! Conclusion, I found my forever dentist!

Dr. Betancor is an extraordinary dentist. She makes what could be an unpleasant experience into something that leaves you feeling better and empowered to take the world on with a smile! I could not recommend her more highly!

Dr. Betancor and her staff are amazing! They went above and beyond to help me with a dental emergency (broken tooth) even though I had never been there before.They all treated me like family and I decided that she will be my dentist for life until all my teeth fall out! Visiting Dr. Betancor is the best dental office experience Ive ever had. It turned out I needed several procedures but it has been such a pleasant experience, I really forget that Im supposed to dread it! I had to have 3 fillings done and I am not kidding when I say I did not feel any pain at all. Dr. Betancor has the lightest touch and is so aware of your comfort levels it really has not been traumatic at all. To the contrary, I feel so much better knowing that Dr. Betancor is taking care of my teeth! I cannot recommend her enough and she has my total trust and loyalty!

I felt very good here , it was my first time in this area , I came from Russia and this office was great helping me with the different language. The doctor was gentle and has a great office staff, no wait at all, like we had in previous office. Iam very pleased with the doctor knowledge and the office procedures.

I will like to start by thanking Dr. Betancourt for taking me on such short notice...I have been to several dentists in the area ,for years, and promise you they were horrible at there profession.This is thus far the best dental office in Dade County. I had to remove a molar tooth. I hate and dread any doctors office, but despite of that, she made it as painless as possible, Literally..I didnt feel the tooth being pulled..if you are thinking twice about a dentist dont think any further she is the Doctor to go to.she was also able to get me a credit line to pay for the extraction .See you soon !!!

Today, Dr. Betancor performed surgery on my tooth, and it went very well. Despite the procedure being unrelated, I felt pain.The anesthesia didnt bother me because she has a delicate hand and applied it very gently. Her assistants also treat you very well. Im very satisfied that she is my dentist.

Dr. Anettes hands are incredible, I called her cloud hands, I have had several procedures done and I have never felt pain. My braces treatment was a true dream come true. I have been attending this wonderful clinic for 1 year and a little more and I wouldnt change it for anything.
