Always a Great store. Plenty of stock to choose from. Employees are very nice and helpful. Good discounts and accept coupons.

Shopping was easy. When asking an employee where an item was, he knew and I went on my way. The only negative being parking. Usually I shop when the store opens, however today I went around 3:00.It just made me remember to go earky.

Price is a little high but the staff is friendly and usually helpful and quality is usually quite good.

Only was in there a couple of minutes but staff was very nice

Line was short items were fresh and most things were reasonably priced

THIS HEB STORE IS A SUPER STORE WITH GREAT PRICES AND MANY ITEMS THAT YOU CAN START A GREAT MEAL

Hands downs the best place for friendliness

I like this HEB better than the big one on 365 only because there are less people here usually. I wish they had a bakery and the isles are too narrow, especially during this pandemic. The customer service is always really nice though and we usually find everything on our list.

As always plenty of checkers, and people on the floor to help you. Under the circumstances doing the best they can. Lots of empty shelves but that is out of their control. Had an orderly system in place to ration out bottled water and security at the door. Great job HEB !!!!

Nice manager the Spanish ones. Sorry I call it like I see it they always welcome to help. Lines are sometimes long.i see people working and not with masks under nose

Usually this store is great, but today a couple of green onions got wrung up as 2 limes and both the green onions and oranges werent included in my bags of grocery. Having to return to the store for the missing items was a drag!!

Best store in town!

This store has somewhat of a limited selection, obviously due to the fact that it is an older and smaller unit than the newer stores that have been opening up in the area. But they have a solid staff and management team, that does a great job keeping the store clean and organized.

While the place is always packed and lines are always long, those employees sure work their hardest to get people through those check out lines very very quickly and are always very nice and polite.

Always shop there have everything I need most of the time.

The HEB its self and its management are great, but the hordes of teens they hire seem like they have no respect for their jobs. They have bad attitudes, they treat customers poorly and spend time flirting with each other while blankly staring at the customers. Thats not to say that they dont also have really decent workers sprinkled in as well though. The people who bag for the most part are respectful and very nice.

I always shop at HEB low prices always.....

Heb is my grocery store. The employees are always helpful. I dont go anywhere else unless I absolutely have to go to another store (which is NEVER)...

Clean and surprising well stocked despite being a third of the size of the nearby HEB super store near Hwy 365. I like it because I can get in and out quickly.

Great fresh food choices... Just wish they had some of the foods available without sugar like the bigger stores....and some hot chickens from the rotisserie ...

This was a smaller one, but they had the Texas shaped tortilla chips that I so enjoy. Had to stock up with a couple of bags before I left the state.

Excellent, friendly and very helpful. Wish you had a HEB pantry in Orangefield Texas surrounding are includes Bridge City Texas with a combined population of 12000. 50% elderly.

Had to pay my bills and women in the booth was very nice and respectful

I am 71 and today (Nov 2nd) was the first day since April that I did my own shopping absolutely anywhere for that matter because Id felt so very unsafe and paranoid due to Covid, but I felt comfortable and safe while at this HEB Pantry... the store was very clean with their spray sanitizer guy constantly spraying everything. Thank you!

Smaller HEB lacking on quite a few items but has all the essential groceries. Not a big selection of fish and does not have a deli. Produce section has a pretty good variety.

I love this grocery store. Their prices are very competitive and they are coupon friendly unlike Wal-Mart. I like that fact that they also have their own coupons throughout the store to use on different products. This is a great incentive for shoppers and a money saver at the same time. Their cashiers are very friendly.

I have a broken arm and couldnt get help carrying my groceries to my van. I know everyone was working hard to keep the store under control but they need to help the disabled costumers all the time.

For a smaller grocery store, they always have what we need. The prices are great and the staff is helpful and friendly. Checkout lines usually move pretty fast. Even in the busier times, they move more staff to open more registers so you dont have to wait long.

Their stock of toilet paper and paper towels is no good. They are higher priced than the smaller HEB stores.

I have always enjoyed my shopping experience in this particular H.E.B. It is my preferred chain grocery store in the Port Arthur- Nederland area. This store is always clean & the staff is friendly. The fruit & vegetables are always fresh. And Ive never had to stand in the check-out for an extended period of time.

I liked going to the store but it was when the cashier checked out my groceries. Her and the bagger had a full conversation while bagging my groceries. She asked me how I was doing toward the end of scanning my groceries.

Just love love love this store I also visit the one on Hwy 365, Beaumont on Dowlen Street they all are great you cant give me a coupon that Im not going to use. Keep up the good work. I also use your Pharmacy.

This is a small HEB, they call it a pantry store. They have your basic needs here. Its about a mile from my house so if I run out I something I go here. Most of my shopping is at other stores. Great staff.
