I go here 1st when I need hardware. They almost always have it. The two head honchos are great!

I love this store. Today I had a busted pipe and they were out of the parts needed to fix it, but Danny put together a makeshift hose with washers and a cap off. Its going the extra mile for customers that keeps me coming back. Not to mention they are very knowledgable and so courteous. Thank you WEST END HARDWARE for all you do for our community.

This store is the Best in Groves ! Nicest, and most helpful folks you ever have to deal with, its like stepping back in time, when we had many stores that respected their customers and were so helpful and friendly!

I get this space age gas stove. I find there is a parts list that must be purchased. The thought of going to the big name guys was fearful. You cannot even find someone to assist much some one who can find all of the parts.A friend referred me to West End Hardware. What a relief. Greeted immediately. My list was filled in minutes by attentive and informed personnel.What a pleasant surprise!
