Ive been a 40 year customer and never had a problem . But this particular store refuses to return money to my credit card for returned merchandise. I spoke to the sherwin-Williams main office and was told the transition was submitted and to call my bank. Which I did. Come to find out sherwin -Williams never submitted the refund. And my bank is launching an investigation in this matter.

Id give them 0 stars, but you have to give something. There was a girl working, she was very very very rude. She didnt want to even check to see if the paint we were waiting on was there. After,we called earlier that day, spoke with another associate, that said it was. Went in when they were at lunch, so since she was the only one there, she didnt know and instead of checking, just wanted me to wait until he came back, when I drove from orangefield, and our contractors were waiting on the paint. So, they were being paid to wait. She cussed, besides being rude, went into the bathroom, leaving me waiting wondering where she went for over 10+ minutes. I realized when I heard the toilet flush. I believe I heard her say her name was Jodie, but not sure, because I wanted it to tell a manager. We will never return here ever again, Ill check EVERYWHERE ELSE to avoid this place. I suggest the same to others, no reason any customer should ever be treated this way. Horrible customer service, too many other places to use, that have WAY BETTER customer service, that actually will go out of the way to help, when she did everything to argue, and do NOTHING👎👎👎👎👎

Port Arthur/Groves store has excellent associates that help you in a timely manner.

George and crew are professional, friendly,knowledgeable about product very helpful. The only store I buy paint and supplies.

If they had more employees. I sat in line for an hour for 2 employees. This was at a peak afternoon time from 3 to 4pm. This guy was nice and great, but he was definitely needing help. We had a Hurricane Harvey and they should be running wide open with workers. Great products though.

Great place to buy paint and the workers there are friendly and on top of their game. The manager there is the best and will help you out any way he can.

I went to Sherwin Williams today for my first time with my contractor. I went there at 1:50 p.m. and the lady that was working was very RUDE to the contractor and myself. When I asked her for the address to their Nederland location she shrugged her shoulders and said its just in Nederland Avenue. There was also another incident but I found her to be very RUDE.
