The people up front are helpful but the ladies in back not so much. They stand around gossiping while you wait on the line. Then there is one of the ladies in the pharmacy that is very unpleasant

I dont understand why I made an appointment at 845 to get the vaccine. When the one that does the vaccinations doesnt arrive until 9 oclock and at that time there were like 10 people waiting in turn. I mean, I made the appointment online as I am supposed to wait the longest is like 15 minutes at most. Well, those who were already on duty kept calling ... but I dont understand if I was the first date of the day online. You have to do something about it because I lost 2 hours of work for your patient administration. If I made an appointment it is assumed (the first of the day according to the website) they are supposed to attend me.

They close very early. Here the hours say it is until 12am, but it is only until 10pm. I think that a pharmacy next to a hospital should at least close later, it would benefit them and the clients.
