Christy (owner) and her employees are great at picking out what you need (excellent customer service) and help personalize what you want for your loved one(s). They also decorate your purchase. You can buy plants, flowers, pots, and home decorations. There is plenty of parking and the location is easy to find from the main road. Her shop is well worth the trip!

Flowers On The Green is truly a magical flower shop. Christie B the owner has designed two bouquets for me recently that are as breathtaking as they are unique. I have never seen anything like them. Christie mixes a variety of flowers around the ones youve chosen and they all open over time so the bouquet is always evolving. The arrangements that she created for me lasted around two weeks.

My wife loves flowers. Unfortunately, I havent a clue about them. Wandered in to this charming little spot to see what they had - Christine was Awesome at choosing a selection of flowers for what I was looking to spend; she orchestrated a beautiful blend of vibrant spring favorites! When I got home and my wife saw what I held... she was smiling ear to ear. She has now placed them in smaller arrangements throughout the house - and it really helps brighten everything up. Christie is an incredibly talented florist. I met Christie years ago when I first moved my practice to Madison and she has taken excellent care of me ever since. Whenever there is a birthday or a special occasion for a friend or professional contact, I always receive a phone call from the recipient asking me where I got these gorgeous flowers! She never ceases to amaze me - everything I have gotten from her shop is unique and fresh. Christie is handling my wedding in September and has been incredibly professional from start to finish - she is an incredible resource and is the first to step in if there is a question or need! There are plenty of talented florists on the shoreline, but no one as creative and as caring as Christie. She truly goes above and beyond to take care of her customers.

It has taken me awhile to give this review because of my situation. My infant son passed from SIDS in September of 2014. I was so overwhelmed with all of the arrangements that I had to make as I was a single mother. By the time I reached Flowers on The Green, I think I had hit my limit emotionally. But, my experience there was so wonderful. I had no idea what I wanted or needed, and Christie was there to help me right along.. I told her about my son and a little about me and told her to just do whatever she thought was best.. The arrangement that was delivered to the funeral home for my son was beautiful. It was much more beautiful than anything I would ever have been able to come up with.. To this day, the porcelain angel that was with the arrangement sits at his grave site or Forever Bed as I prefer to call it. It is a reminder of the beautiful arrangement and amazing service.. Thank you for making an awful situation a little more bearable..

Im usually too busy to leave reviews either positive or negative so it takes a lot to force me to find the time to express myself and this is one of those times. Suffice it to say if I could leave no stars I would.I wont go into the details because they dont matter, what does matter is that I received the WORST customer service that Ive received in decades. I bought a flower that Ive been buying for years, and not an inexpensive one at that. It was faulty, I think it was way beyond its prime, so I called to report the problem right when I got the flowers home. The attitude started then and continued throughout my entire experience. To make matters worse I believe that the woman I interacted with is the owner which makes it even worse. She was sticky sweet during the purchase, but the second there was a problem she essentially blamed me for it. It takes a lot to piss me off and she pissed me off. I, like John, will NEVER return to that flower shop. Any flower shop would be better than this one.Steer clear unless you like dealing with rude, condescending, arrogant people who dont know the meaning of customer service.
