Caroline is an amazing designer who has many years of experience creating what you never imagined possible! She looks at the whole room and doesnt just replace cabinets but designs a whole new space! Customer service is great, any issues are handled quickly. I have used her for multiple projects and HIGHLY recommend her to everyone I know for any kitchen or bath work!

Ill never forget last year walking in and waiting patiently behind another customer for about 10 min. as the gentleman was finishing up another gentleman walked in and stood next to me so the guy in front of me leaves and then the counter guy asks the guy next to me what he needs..so I said sir I believe I was next the counter guy stairs at me with this who the hell are you look and says.. we take care of frequent customers first .. I said really.. he said yeah really its always been like that here.. wasnt sure if it was true or not I just gave it the ok waited then got my stuff and left. Just a strange experience and personally will never go back.

I walked in they help me quick I was in and out they are super friendly I think everyone should go here if they want amazing service.

I have never written a review for a store. In this case I feel I owe it to the potential buyer. Be warned! Think twice about spending your money here!Approximately a year ago I purchased my entire kitchen at New England Supply. It is not a very large kitchen, but I was assured that for my $17,000 I was getting high quality Fieldstone cabinetry.When the cabinets arrived, they were of poor quality.Exposed staples inside the cabinets, drawers and cabinets did not line up, there were obvious seams in the wrong places,dovetailing was rough and unfinished, subcrown piece was sent in two pieces and bottom of top cabinet was bowed. I could not open and close the drawers smoothly as almost every cabinet was not square.When I contacted Caroline, the seller, regarding these issues she let days go by without responding,later claiming she had a problem with her computer.Despite several letters to New England Supply requesting assistance the problem was never resolved. Caroline ultimately referred me to the Fieldstone representative. However, since my builder was forced to fix whatever he could,thisunfortunately resulted in my losing the warranty on the cabinetry.New England Supply runs an unethical business.They are eager during the sale process and unavailable when anything goes wrong.Do yourself a great favor and go elsewhere.
