Every time I leave there I am so grateful that I found this place. Ive been wearing glasses since 3rd grade and I am now 31. Ive been coming here for a few years now. Theyve fit me in for emergencies, they have been SO accommodating. I have a 19 month old son and he could get a little fussy and they are always so patient and kind. Reasonably priced, ALWAYS so kind and staff is the best. My husband and mom both made the switch and I recommend them to everyone.

I was experiencing something concerning on a Saturday morning and googled eye doctors that were open. I’m thrilled I called this place first! Customer service was excellent-from everyone who checked me in, to the nurse who got me set up, to Dr. Bennett who has fabulous bedside manner and is also obviously very knowledgeable in her field. She is now officially my new eye doctor! Thank you Eye Doctors Guilford for making this not only a painless but a pleasant experience!

I took my 4 year old here for his first eye exam and Dr. Bennett was excellent with him! She was very patient and explained everything before doing anything. She let him take his own pace when he was a little nervous and he was quickly at ease with her and all the procedures. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend for all but especially if you are looking for a child friendly office.

I have been going to Dr. Yee for many years and always have exceptional service and friendly people in the entire office. My son will be going for his first visit next week and know he will be comfortable. Thank you to her and the entire staff.

I showed up precisely on time for my 2:00 appointment today. At 2:10, I told the woman at at the front desk that I needed to step outside and answer a call, to which she responded “Ok, no problem”. I walked back in at 2:18 and was harshly told that I would need to reschedule this appointment. The woman explained that they have a very strict policy about late arrivals. Anyone who arrives more than 15 minutes late must reschedule.Does this confuse anyone else?? Perhaps I could have been told about this before I took the call. I let her know that I would be right back, and I was gone for 8 minutes. Also, there was not a single person sitting in the waiting room. I had to move a million things around to make this appointment happen.I really hope that the awful customer service at the front desk isn’t an indicator of the quality of work done by the clinical staff.

I have worn glasses for 48 years and have seen MANY MANY eye doctors during that time. This practice is BY far the best ever...so good in fact, that I moved out of state five years ago and still drive 4 hours (and battle the CT traffic) for my eye exams with Dr. Gordon! I tried finding local eye doctors, but no practice has come close to Drs. Elgart and Gordon. The staff is always so friendly and attentive and the added bonus is the beautiful eyewear they sell...truly the BEST!

Dr. Yee and Gordon are the best eye doctors in the state and possibly even the country. The staff is so helpful, especially the lead technician who was not only charming and pleasant, but very professional 10/10 would recommend.

They were fantastic. Helped me with my 1 year old while i was getting my exam. The staff was super friendly and played with my son so I could get my exam completed. Wonderful office.UPDATE Sevwral times I was in a bind and without contacts and they always provided me with several pairs to hold me over a week or two and even have a dropbox to pick up after hours! They are great

Dr Yee discovered I had a detached retina on a Friday afternoon. She made several phone calls and sent me to an extraordinary surgeon who operated that afternoon.. My vision is now perfect. The doctors are great, but everything else is a complete mess. The level of disorganization is staggering given the amount of money we pay them. But again, at least the doctors themselves know what theyre doing.

My daughter and I had our yearly eye exams tonight with Dr. Vezzoli. I can’t say enough about how great he is. My daughter was a bit nervous about having a particular test done. Dr. Vezzoli walked in the room, chatted with my daughter for a second and voila... the test was complete. Dr. Vezzoli is absolutely professional, quite humorous and very relatable. We highly recommend Dr. Vezzoli!!
