UPS store all of them very kind very professional very helpful I have a limited experience about computer they always help me no matter how long it takes with no charge I love you all God bless all of you thank you ( UPS )

Says they do passport photos on their website... But no, they dont (and they know the website says that - theyre just too inept/lazy to change it). Plus theyve lost my UPS packages and said I need to call ups. When I said, arent I talking to UPS right now? This is, after all, The UPS Store.... they disclaimed any affiliation, said theyre just a franchisee, and were basically totally unhelpful.

Great customer service! I came in with two packages that weren’t ready to be shipped because I didn’t have packing tape etc and they took care of everything! They made my experience great!

Help do the minimum. Worst ups store I have been too.

Absolutely horrendous customer service, was totally ignored by two employees failing to wear masks on their face. Once their attention was had the attitude was almost laughable, cant imagine Ill ever chose to use this location again.

I was shipping 60 mugs stuffed with goodies for my coworkers who are frontline workers in pharmacies. I had no idea what I had gotten myself into when I thought this was a good idea. I called Duane after I had wrapped them all and found myself at a standstill for how to pack and ship them. He told me to just bring them in and hed help me out. I showed up with 8 boxes, all the mugs divided amongst them. He got me all sorted out - printed the labels, measured my boxes, and even packed and shipped them! What a life saver. I apologize for everyone who was patiently waiting in line while he was helping me (thank you!). Now the mugs and goodies are on their way to caffeinate my friends and fill their bellies with sugar.

I was looking for a notary during the quarantine. I called the UPS store in Clinton and she informed me that their notary just retired. She was very professional and kind and referred me to the Guilford store. The owner, Jeff, CAME TO MY PLACE OF WORK AND MET ME OUTSIDE to notarize the forms. Great Guy. He had a mask on. We kept apart from each other. He is the best. He just wants to help.

If I could give this store no stars and still write a review I would. My package was supposed to be delivered to this store so I could safely pick it up (it was a very expensive package and I live in an apartment building and thought this would be safer). It wasn’t delivered and the tracking said that it couldn’t be delivered so I tried to call to ask for help. 1st when the guy answered the phone he just said “what’s up?” Not very professional at all. 2nd he tried to look up my tracking number one time and when it didn’t work he told me that I was saying it wrong (when I was actually looking directly at my tracking) and then told me that he isn’t a ups employee, he’s a store employee. He was rude and incredibly unhelpful. I will not be using this UPS store ever again.

Hands down the best customer service Ive received at a UPS store. They almost always have multiple employees working so the line moves very fast. I came with a lot of shipping questions and Duane was able to answer them all!

The staff at the store are quite nice and helpful. The owner acts like youre disturbing him by entering his store. Given this, if you have other UPS stores available, Id consider going elsewhere.

I have always found the workers helpful and accommodating. The UPS store has been more than helpful for me because I get extremely important mail which I dont want showing up at my h ok me.

The ladies and gentlemen who work at this UPS store are exceptionally courteous and professional. They go above and beyond for their customers and they are 100% trustworthy. I am very happy with their service and use them for all my shipping and handling needs.

The service here has been friendly and helpful. A few times its been busy on a Saturday and only one employee was there, but they were working hard to help everyone as soon as posible.We have two sons away at college so we send quite a few packages, we now send all our packages from here.

Customer service in Guilford far exceeds other UPS branches I’ve visited. The staff is courteous, caring and QUICK!
