I witnessed this counter guy helping a guy of another race so Im gonna say the post about this company not caring about other races or goldteeth is ignorance.. This company offers amazing selection of hard to find parts for appliances and cooking equipment. They also have knowledgeable people behind counter.. If They Do not have the part you need, they can have it here within a day or two..

I have been doing repair work on my houses since 1982. I can personally say I would not go any where else for my parts. These guys are so helpful and have help me save time and money on many different occasions. For me this means a lot, I feel blessed to have such a helpful staff that really goes out of their way to be so informative when I walk through their door. I have fixed my own washer, dryer, heater, refrigerator, dishwasher on several issues and without Appliance Parts I dont know what I would have done. Thank you so much you guys YOU ROCK!!!

If you are a woman steer clear of this place. They had no problem taking my money but when its time to give me a refund they made me feel like i needed to go home and get my husband. My issue was with the assistant manager. I asked to speak to the manager 3 times before they told me he was sitting at the end of the bar the entire time. When i asked to speak with him about my part, he couldnt even be bothered to get up and come over to speak to me.They sold me a warrantied part - 4 weeks later I came back for a refund - they tell me my part is used! Then tried to blame my AC guy for the part. SO CRAZY! Take my advice, GO ANYWHERE ELSE for your parts.

The guy that helped me was very informative. I went in needing a dryer belt but didnt have a model number. The guy asked me questions to find the one that I needed. It didnt take him long to find it. It was less than I thought it would be.

I have been dealing with this business for years! Even when they were Appliance Parts. Theyve always had what I needed, very friendly and knowledgable! My only wish is that they were open on Saturdays. Weekends is always when it seems I need something. But, cant blame them too much - I dont want to work on Saturday, either!

Worst service Ive ever seen. Employees are rude, condescending and act like you are wasting their time. Bought a part from them with a lifetime warranty and it failed some time later. After going back and fourth with them but they finally honored the lifetime warranty. Recently the same part failed again and they state the lifetime warranty no longer applies because we used it once already. They said we have to buy the part again, then it will have one more lifetime warranty. Dont sell something advertised as lifetime warranty just so you can rip people off!

Very rude and condescending. I ended up ordering the part directly from the manufacturer for cheaper. Took a couple of days to get here, but worth not giving them my business and not overpaying!

Stopped in this morning to pick up a replacement ice maker. The counter manager took forever to find the part even though I had the defective one with me. He charged me $30.00 more than Home Depot, and then added on an $8.00 lifetime warranty without asking. On top of that he kept the valve parts in the box explaining that the kit came only with the ice maker not any accessories. I phoned to remedy, and was told that was the way it is. Beware the price, and the warranty up-charge.Highly Unsatisfied

Ive never been talked down to by a service company in the manner I was addressed with or with the tone of voice with which I was belittled ever before. I tell you, I left there knowing that I was lucky to have people like these to help save me from myself as it was made plain to me how itruly gnorant I am. To imagine that lifetime could have so many interpretations was beyond my limited capacity.

I dont think they are fond of colored people. But i kept my 😎. Because im very sure he knew what i was talking about. But act as if he had no clue of what i was asking him. I guess its because i have goldteeth and tattoos. Who knows 👎😒. Its all good tho just came to da house and lite u da ⛽. 💨💨💨💨⛽⛽⛽ now its no problem. Didnt spoil my day 😁😎💯💯💨💨🔥🔥⛽⛽😈🙏

Been in here a few times and customer service is obviously something they take pride in. Sometimes parts arent always the cheapest if comparing to online but you wont get the technical or customer assistance with that either like here.

Why buy new appliances, when you can fix what you have? These guys know their stuff, so you get the right parts.
