Completely shocked by the low ratings! Haven’t ordered anything but went it because we are shopping around! The manager, Jimmy, is phenomenal. The best customer service ever!!! He spent an hour answering our questions and just engaging in conversation with us. So awesome! Rent a center is at the top of our list!!

Save yourself the time and hassle from dealing with this place. They are not knowledgeable about their policies or procedures. Any encounter I have had with the, store manager, Jimmy has been nothing short of unprofessional. He is very rude and talks down on you as if you’re beneath him. I special ordered a bed and because there was a miscommunication as to when it would be delivered he CANCELED the order all together. He provided me with a 1800 number to call, but no one ever answers. I will continue to call, and when I am able to speak to someone I’ll let them know how he is representing this company in such a horrible way.Their prices are overly inflated and their merchandise is very poor quality no matter what you order. This is the most pathetic company I have ever done business with. Save your money and your time. Dealing with them (mostly Jimmy) has been a nightmare.

This is one of the worse store to ever do business with me and my fiance came in to rent a laptop.. from the beginning of how we where spoke to was beyond rude.... We did our application and was never contacted by the store until I called corporate about the discrimination we received. The next day they called our reference and asked all kind of unnecessary question.... The District manager called and said one thing but told the manager something different I have never and I will never do business with rent a center again its sad to feel racially profiled from the door

There’s the worst customer service I ever receive I made an appointment not one time but twice for them to drop off a washer and a dryer Came by last day and brought me a washer that supposed to have a dryer and the delivery guy respond they never told me at the store today is the third day I called the store yes for them to get Off They tell me they cannot reach the driver I called back they don’t answer but when they want to collect the payment they call yesterday three times a day I rushed and you pretty much does a poor customer service

Worse place ever!! Bad customer service and a manager who is rude as hell. I recommend anywhere else but Rent a Center. Bought a phone from them and less that 2 months later it would not start up. Gave some BS excuse about no manufacture warranty UNLESS you paid extra for their warranty. Go to Arrons go to Kmart (they do rent to own as well)!

I bought a washer and dryer I was told the washer was new and right after a paid off a couple months later it breaks down then I get told that theres nothing they can do because I didnt have their service club plan which I was never told that you can keep that after you paid off the appliance And Im not one of those customers of thats all I bought Ive bought several things you think this store would help out somebody whos loyal Next time Ill go over and over Aarons And I let things go to like the other female manager they had said she would get me one of the front load washers and dryers never happen then Jimmy thought its funny and just laughs at me Save yourself the time

Their sales associates are great, deals and services are great as well. I would recommend anyone

We ordered a whole living room set and found bed bugs in our furniture please look and double look before they bring it to your house.

Changed to 4 star because appointment for drop off scheduled for 3pm today. It is now 5:26 and they were still not here, however, he did arrive at 5:35 and washer was better than expected and gentlemen was very nice. I did not realize they work alone so I understand now why it took longer. Will do business with them again.
