Great people, very helpful. Clean store. Lines go quickly and this location is always my go to. Pulling out is a pain, so go the back way behind the landscaping section... the route will save you time and is a little safer to exit... unless it is Saturday and Prime Outlets is packed. They need to talk with the city and see if they can add another exit that goes out pasted the railroad tracks. Other than always feeling like I am going to die leaving the parking lot, I love the store and the staff!
I was impressed with the customer service. Throughout the time we were there at least 4 employees checked on us asking if we needed any help etc. One even got a tape measure for us. At checkout the cashier was very friendly and talkative. We found what we needed and prices were good. It was nice going there and not having to look for someone to help us. The pic is somet i hadnt seen before which I thought was neat so thats why took picture of it. 😁
The absolute filthest Home Depot I have visit, the Gulfport store Isle are lettered with product, torn product containers, dirt, cement, wood scraps and the staff is less than helpful and not very nice, As if I was putting them to perform there job.Will not spend another dime in here.
Returning a item was easy. Easy to get in. But leaving can be a issue at times. Depends on traffic.
Wow! I brought an item to the register that had no bar code. I asked her the self checkout attendant to get someone to find it. She told me I should just do that myself. After the 2nd request she reluctantly asked a tough man that happened to be passing. He called her radio. She didnt believe himI gave up and left my item. Store Manager.... Get control of your associates!
They were very nice & patient with us after the hurricane and i loved the way they were set up for people to purchase generators after the hurricane. One per customer to insure every one could get one
I love this Home Depot! Most of the staff are wonderfully helpful and, incredibly knowledgeable...most of the staff! Thats the only reason for the 4 stars.

Drika was super helpful. She spent close to an hour with us and patiently answered all of our questions. The information she provided was straight forward and easy to understand.My family moved from MN to MS. We have been overwhelmed with moving. It was nice to have a staff member help navigate setting up fence contracting.

I would give no stars if possible. I placed an order for a Pergola and was mislead on all the details to do with getting it installed. I went up to the store several times and spoke with managers and that was no help at all. I finally spoke with the Store Manager and he told me I would get a credit due to all the customer service problems. Then I was told the Pergola was on back order so I called the company to see when it would be back in stock and was told it was discontinued ( Home Depot should have done this) so I fought for 2 weeks to get my refund and asked to get the credit on a gift card due to the fact that no one ever knows a what’s going on. I was told all I had to do was give the reference # and it would be there. We went to purchase a pressure washer and of course no one knew anything of it. Horrible customer service from the top down. They do not care about smaller purchases. We will not use them again and will let all our builder friends know how they treat people.
I shopped. DIY curtain rods and add your own finials are much cheaper. Just Saying..
In-store help for ordering a fridge was good(although it took forever), however, we were suppose to get it delivered today, my boyfriend took the day off work to wait for it and they never showed. Turns out it was damaged in the warehouse so they are not delivering it. They did not notify us in any way, in fact we had to jump through hoops to figure out why they had not delivered the fridge. Now we have to be without a fridge for another week. And customer service was no help, almost impossible to get a hold of anyone and there is no email available.
If you are interested finding the best selection of perennial flowers, bushes and trees this is the best place to come. Great selection of annual flowers. If you are interested in finding a large selection of vegetable plants, this is not the place for you. I just bought three perennial flowers and a Pygmy Date Palm. Im very happy with them. But, try to be better with the vegetable plant selection, The Home Depot, OK?
This location is hard to get to from highway, but service is good for the most part. Wood needs to be organized and presented better

Very easy order online and pick up in store. Shopping is always pretty easy instore, shelves are full and plenty of employees to help you if you need it. A little hard to get out of parking lot back on main road during peak hours. Everyone is nice and helpful.
Delivered damaged product, customer service lied about her name, got a small discount on what was delivered but took 4 hours of the day to get that, and tried to charge us for picking up the damaged product they delivered. This store is a joke.
Im running out of big box stores as automation is driving customers like me away. Get this HD...I WILL NEVER EVER FOR ANY REASON EVER use those self check outs no matter what you do! The cart full of materials and supplies I left in the empty check out register in lumber should be proof enough of my convictions in that concern.The fact that your corporate management whas chosen to do everything it can to support voter suppression is no small matter in my eyes either. Its ok for us poor, black and Hispanic people to spend our money in your store as long as we dont go to vote anywhere.Is it possible to be more UN-American? Or greedy for that matter?

Helpful staff. Reasonable prices in general.. Gardening center has limited selection, especially of vegetables. No six packs of vegetable seedlings at good prices. Only individual plants at high prices.

Was looking for a specific tile and grout sealer, they didnt carry it. Also needed a part for a Hampton Bay ceiling fan, which is their signature brand but they only stock a tiny selection maybe 10 items specifically for those fans. Seems like they would have some common replacement parts for a brand of fans they carry exclusively...?

I bought some 3/4 inch conduit and it was in stock at this Home Depot. The store was not overly busy when I went and I was able to quickly find what I was looking for. I was surprised that no store employee approached me, asking if I needed assistance. Overall it was not a bad shopping experience.
I bought 70 bags of brown mulch, I was waiting with my husband on my truck when the first loaded showed up, they opened it (it was completely wrapped up with plastic) most of them were ripped bags, with holes. The whole last half of this load was opened bags, some of them just half of bag, not even the whole bag. I took pics. I tried to talked with the manager but as usual didnt show up. I young guy on the Garden Center just apologized. Guys when you buy in this Home Depot open anything is wrapped to be sure what you get, this store plus to be disorganized, they never updated inventory when you check online, just go to the store and check in person, most of the time they dont have anyone to help you when you buy big lots, big amounts of materials for your business. Love this home depot. The only thing I dont like about home depot is the amount of money I spend there. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I am torn between the two Gulfport and Biloxi. I really like and would recommend either store to anyone in need of something that they carry. Two great stores all the way through the ranks
The young man that was going to help me, took 30 min finding someone to help him. She was so helpful... When done she left cuz he was going to help me finish. Not the case. He said he had to help someone else, and would be back. I couldnt find what I needed. He saw me and again said he would be back. By this time I was totally distraught. The girl saw me in distress and came to see where my helper was. After telling her she and another girl finished with me, loaded me up and sent me on my way. I gave them a big tip, I wouldnt take no mam from them. Thank u girls🙏

Went into store to place order for almost $2,000.00 of items after trying to place online and not getting the desired result. Got Jamie to help me at customer service. She determined what the problem was with my online order and got everything ordered that I requested. I had a 10% off coupon sent to me by mail. It was not being honored for some unknown reason. Jamie got on phone with customer satisfaction to try to determine why it was not being honored. After over an hour being transferred from one place to another and with the help of Monica Dixon; Jamie was able to get the discount approved. So, I was in store for an hour and a half to get this accomplished. Never have I ever had a store associate work so hard to satisfy me requests. Miss Jamie, at Gulfport, MS store, my heartfelt thanks. I hope Home Depot realizes what a jewel they have in you.

Our recent purchase of shingles was surprisingly positive due the the expertise of Ashley at the Gulfport store. Even better was a bulk price of $75+- a square for weatherwood architectural shingles!

Im over this place, usually always liked theese stores but this one is crazy. The app and inventory is never correct, employees will use it and tell you where something is even after you tell them the app is not correct. Also on my last purchase when i got home i noticed they charged me for 6 sheets of sheet rock when all i had was 2.

One of my customers went to pick out vinyl flooring, they cut her too much and try to charge her outrageous price then the manager came to her and even said that the employees charging her were crazy because of the price cut the price in half but still did not try to give her what she asked for. As I was on the phone with her listening to the conversation, it was very ridiculous. The manager should be fired and so should the employees that help. And I also went in there last night with her husband. We walked around the store looking for the items that she was wanting, we were passed by 7 employees and not one, not one stop to ask if we needed anything or if we need any help finding anything. Just walked by us like we wasnt even there. Very disappointed in Home Depot. Especially this one. So no I would not recommend Home Depot to anyone ever
Got what I needed. I like that there are some older men working there who seem to be very knowledgeable. I havent had much luck with plants and soil purchased there, but I havent bought any there in a few years.It was fairly busy when I was there, but it was easy to social distance. I only saw one person without a mask. Some people, including a few employees, had their masks under their nose.

I always enjoy shopping at Home Depot. However, Im frustrated that electric carts are often left in the parking lot where they either get rained on or the black seats get so hot from the sun that you cant sit on them (as was the case yesterday). It would help if someone from the store would bring them in more often or, better yet, assist handicapped customers with their order & then bring the cart back inside.

Was at the meat market great place to shop for groceries.
They are understaffed and under stocked. And they dont have enough help to help you. When I called to try to find out if they had what I wanted in lawn and garden I couldnt get an answer this is frequent. When I went into Lawn and Garden in an electric cart because I cannot walk, they assured me someone would meet me there to help me no one did. Customer service insisted that someone in lawn and garden would recommend what I needed o but all the pesticides were against the wall. I have looked at them all I said, none of them mention mole crickets which is what I needed to get rid of. Finally they looked up and told me what I needed. Assured me that someone would meet me there to put the bags in my cart no one did. Finally a customer help me get the bags in my cart. And its nearly impossible to get any help to the car. You might be lucky and get someone at the cash register who will go but dont count on it this is my experience every time I go
Ordered a stone repair kit on 2-11-2021, I have received numerous changes in delivery to the store thru tracking. The first email sent said it was shipped from California on 2-13-2021 with tracking attached, I went back to the email a few days later and it said the item would be at the store on Thursday 2-18-2021, then I looked on Thursday 2-18-2021 and the delivery date was now 2-19-2021. I decided to go to the store and ask an employee working behind the orders to be picked up window and he said that the item had shipped out on 2-19-2021 and would be at the store on 2-20-2021. I find this hard to believe it would be in Gulfport the next day from California, it takes minimum 2 days to drive that distance, seeing I have driven the route numerous times. I then went back online and it still says delivery will be 2-19-2021. I am dissapointed in Home Depot, I need this item inorder to finish my back splash in my kitchen. I also tried to go online and see how many pieces of gutters they have, I was unable to get Home Depot to upload theGulfport store to see what their inventory is at on items I need to buy, I guess I will start shopping Lowes from this point moving forward. I didnt realize Home Depot was so secretive on their inventory.
