YES! Yβall, quality work takes time and effort. If you want your vehicleβs repairs to look professional, and feel good about the money your spending then bring your vehicle here. It takes a little longer for them to complete the job, but that just says to me that their very busy, and taking their time in each repair to do it correctly. This is the second vehicle in three years that Iβve had repaired here, and both times I have been happy with the work. The first vehicle they repaired for me had about $17,000 in damage. It was my new car less than a year old. A drunk driver ruined my new car experience, but Ray Brandt helped me feel better about it. My most recent services were not as serious, but still a lot damage to another new car π€¦π»ββοΈ. I really appreciate you guys abs the work you do. All the workers were very professional. My car was done within a great time due to the accident I had. James constantly made me feel like they cared about my car and I. He called me constantly updating everything that was being done. He was also patient every time I called asking a bunch of questions. I highly recommend them!
Received an estimate for one price and when completed the price increased by $800. I was never informed about any issues that was found after being in the shop. As to a call stating that we found another issue that requires more body and finder work that was not listed on the estimate. The only Courtesy calls I receive was the car is in the garage on Monday. The bumper was removed on Wednesday. The bumper was put back on, on Friday. The bumper is being painted on Monday, stuff like that. When asked to speak to a manager and he returned my call, I informed him about the issue stated. He had the nerve to sayβ well your car is fixed right? Did you not want your car fix? Thanks but no thanks, not by someone who will get over. I told him that I could have gotten the estimate invoice from them. Got the insurance check from the insurance company. Went to another collision shop and paid that collision shop, with the insurance check I received. He stated I donβt work like that. The insurance company pays them directly. I said I be dammed my car is paid in full and that check would have been mailed to me before the job was completed. No financial company is on my titles and then I would had to contact them to contact the collision center for extra damage that was found. Please please please watch out for the fraudulent activities when dealing with this company. I will never deal with them ever again. That extra $800 will increase my insurance. Every insurance claims, will increase anyoneβs insurance.
I was very impressed from the beginning working with Ray Brandt Collision Center. From the moment, I spoke to James on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. James constantly kept me updated about the progress of my car and friendly each time we spoke. They cared about my time and finished my car in a very timely manner.

The collision shop never notified me of any additional parts or labor. They only contacted me as to what stages they are at with the repairs. Like notifying me when the car was placed in the garage, bumper being removed, bumper being replaced, car being painted and when the car was ready for pick up. Not more or less was brought to my attention. Also they didnβt do my alignment nor balance, due to me needing 4 new tires. Which I had taken care of on 6/15/21. They are adding some others charges to my bill of service that I wasnβt notified about. The manager had the nerve to ask me did I want my car fixed or not?? Yes, I wanted it fixed by an honest company. That report every extra damage that they found and not pull a scam off on my insurance company AFTER THE CAR HAS BEEN COMPLETED, with added $800 in fees.

They fit me into their schedule a month ahead of time during the hurricane cluster f&@# because Im moving out of the country soon. There were a few delays but that was expected with the amount of work needed to be done. Paint quality and body work quality is perfect and their customer service is top notch. They will take care of you.

This is the worst service I have ever experienced. My car has been there for almost 3 weeks to have minor damage repaired from hitting a deer with the front bumper. They have promised it will be ready at least 5 times during the last 3 weeks. It was only supposed to take a couple of days to fix and was to be finally delivered to me at 4:00 today and surprisingly it is still not ready. Do not use this auto body place if you ever want to see your car again.
While an unfortunate circumstance to require their services, I have used Ray Brandt to fix issues on several vehicles. Service was amazing - friendly, great communication, timely and effective. They are my go-to when in need of vehicle repairs!

I will never recommend them, my vehicle was rear ended and my insurance told me to take it to the garage of my choice and I recommended them but at first I was really impressed because they were always calling to update me daily but after they finished and I went to get my car, I took it home then the next day I realized that there were paint residue all over the inside and the doors of my car with missing screens and bolts .
Everyone was very friendly and professional and maintained excellent communication throughout the duration of my repairs.And when I picked up my car it was cleaner than itβs been in a while!..lolDefinitely a positive experience..π

I bought a 2015 Chevy Cruze and before I could even make my first payment someone lost control of their vehicle and hit my car. I brought my vehicle here and they were extremely helpful with guiding me in every direction and were also very communicative. The car came out looking brand new again, and just about all parts were OEM since the local dealer price matches. I am more than happy with my experience here and would recommend their business to anyone.
I had to turn a vehicle in to get it repaired. When I was getting a rental car dropped off a man that inspected my vehicle told me to just pop my 3 kids inside the rental and not to worry about changing over car seats for them because it was just down the road. I tod him that I wont be doing that and I will take the time to change over the seats. Im appalled they would suggest something so dangerous and very illegal.
Worst business experience ever! do not pay for their services. I received a 1500 estimate for my bmw. when it was over, they nearly totalled my cars value(tripple the estimate)! big didfence not even close to being accurate. so incompetent they didnt know bmw airbag sensors needed replacement and reprogramming. idiots caused me over $200 In rental fees and offered to pay for one rental day only! one day out of 11! after estimating a 3 day fix, it took them 11 days! rental fees were nearly same price as my deductable. body work looks good but after all the additional charges that they willingly racked up without notice, Id be lucky if my insurance doesnt drop me. ive been to waY better body shops and had great professional experiences unlike Ray Brandt.

So my wifes brand new 2016 hrv was keyed roughly 2 weeks ago.I dropped the vehicle off and the estimated repair time was 6 days.On day 7 I picked the vehicle up and at first glance the paint looked fine.Upon further inspection I noticed little bumps all throughout the new paint.I returned the vehicle to where it was repaired.They had it another 4 days.They called me after day 1 saying it was ready but we werent able to pick it up because we were out of town.I go back to pick it up today and there were still imperfections.The guys made up a 100 excuses on why the paint still wasnt right.They said Robots paint it at the factory and I dont have robots working for me.The employee even proceeded to walk around the vehicle looking for imperfections in the factory paint job.They said they could try to make it right.Whats really sad is this is a shop recommended by USAA.We dont even live close to the shop so these unnecessary trips are annoying at the least.Im very dissapointed and Ive made contact with USAA to file a complaint and take my business elsewhere.
