Car turned in to this company Feb 4. Not one word from them until the 2nd week of March. My insurance company is now reached its limit on my rental. I am now to be with no way to get to work. Still no word on when my car will be returned to me. Uniques communication skills and timeliness are abyssmal. Promises to call back and inform you are lies to shut you up and leave them alone. The super nice way Im basically told to go away is reminiscent of dating in high school. A few days ago I was told the owner is super angry at how my insurance agent said it is his fault for taking a vehicle and letting it sit because he wasnt ready for it. They asked me for my agents name and number which I gave. A few days later I talk to my agent and ask if he called them. Nope. More posturing/avoidance. Unique seems to have a dismissive attitude while taking no accountability and offering blame while deftly avoiding your calls with niceness and promises. I was told the lady in charge of my case would be in in 30 minutes and she would call. That was hours ago. Unique blamed my insurance company and its covid policies on my wait. My insurance told me everything is done digitally so that makes no sense. I agree as I see they have paid out over 6100 bucks within a quick time as unique submits.. An insurance company wants the job done asap because rental fees! At this point I am worried my car will be subpar in repair and, like so many other reviews I see here, Ill have to turn it back in because they rushed at the last minute and the paint will not sit right or some other unprofessional issue. What I have seen already of poor people skills in communication and a vehicle gone for 2 months now tells me with this company, the fun has just begun. I have a bad feeling I will be in a lawyers office this year... In the meantime Im telling friends, family and coworkers as they cant believe they still have my car- avoid Unique Collision at ALL COSTS! Do not let this happen to you!

Have no experience with collision center.The tow truck from their came out which I did not call to pick up my daughters truck after a accident. I ask him to tow the vehicle to the dealership and he refused. He said it had to go to his yard. There would be yard fees. I ask him to leave the vehicle and he told me I would have to pay him $157.45 to move the vehicle. I called another tow company and they were very kind and did everything I ask. The accident was very trying and my whole family was upset. He told me the truck was totalled. I would post the receipt however I cannot figure out how. It breaks down like this. Towing charge $135.00Milage charge $12.15. Tax$10.30 for a total of $157.45. He towed the truck from intersection to business beside road for $157.45 cash payment. At the most 50 yards.This is a terrible way to run a business.Just for your information my daughter is still at the hospital.If you read above I made no claims of discrimination.Next I ask the driver if he could tow the vehicle to the dealership before he hooked it up and he refused to talk to. It is a terrible thing for you to blame the police for anything. They were very helpful and professional. You claim to have a Christian business and you blame the police for your business practices.Thirdly I talked to my attorney at the sign about the driver for your company. I told him not to tow the vehicle and since the vehicle did belong to the driver he has to carry out my wishes and transfer to another towing company who is more professional.I never challenge him on the price nor anything about the size of vehicle.Maybe next time you should read my post.Lastly I really do not care about the money, because obviously you need it more thank I.Thanks for your time and hopefully you will take this as a learn experience.

This is the best place to get your car fixed if it ever gets wrecked. I have used them 3 times and they always make my vehicles look brand new/ like they were before the accidents. As if they had never been wrecked at all. Excellent customer service and my go to person is Ferd! Great guy and fair! : )

My BMW Z4 needed the front bumper replaced. Very fast and accurate quote. Kept me informed through the whole repair process. Very professional, courteous service. Even met me after hours to get my car in. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Car should of never been impounded. cops let us out for a non hazardous moving violation at 5:01 p.m. so we couldnt get it out the same day. gotta love it!

You should offer a lifetime transferable warranty because the quality of your work is HORRIBLE. Materials and labor should last the lifetime of the vehicle. If the repairs were done right the first time there shouldnt be a reason to go back a second time to do it right .This car was painted about 5 years ago. You ruined the paint on the hood and front bumper by not giving enough flash time between layers of paint. In other words the chemicals in the paint did not have enough time to evaporate therefore they were trapped causing bubbling under the clear. This is due by INCOMPETENCE. Its a shame that I have to pay out of pocket when it should have been done right the first time.

These are the most professional and friendly people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. I had an older truck that was in desperate need of new paint. I called and was told to bring the vehicle in for a quote at my convenance. I brought them the truck and I was given a quote very quickly I was so happy with the quote I left the truck that day. I was updated daily on the progress of my work being performed. About 3 days before my truck was scheduled to be done I received a phone call letting me know my truck was ahead of schedule and ready for pick up whenever I was ready. I was absolutely blown away at the quality of work that was performed my 20 year old truck looked better than it did the day I bought it new. The price was right on the money for what I was quoted. I can’t thank you guys enough for the amazing job you all do. If you are ever looking to have paint or body work done look no further. I highly recommend Unique. Had a hit and run on my truck. Dropped it off and let Unique handle everything with the insurance company so I didn’t have to worry about or deal with anything. Got a call when it was ready to be picked up, and can’t tell it was ever hit!!! Great job and friendly.

Our car took two weeks to be returned to us, when we came in for an estimate we were told no more that three days. No phone calls, text or emails. I had to call and find out what was taking so long and when it would be done. We picked up the car 13 days later, and we found additional damage to the right front fender that wasn’t there when we dropped it off. QC should have found the additional damage and ensured it was addressed before calling us telling us it was finished. The manager was very gracious and said to bring it back in and it would be taken care of, but that is additional time, and time without the car. Very disappointed that this damage wasn’t noticed and corrected.The original damage was repaired well. We were pleased with the fit and finish on the passenger door and mirror that the car was originally brought in for repair.

Bad experience!

I was quite pleased with the unique collision center. Arrived and was greeted by Dan Jones who immediately gave me a preliminary estimate of repairs for my 2018 Chevy Malibu. Dan also set up a rental vehicle through Enterprise for me set up an appointment to drop my vehicle off and have Enterprise pick me up with a rental vehicle. The estimated date of completion was to be on August 8th 2019 and I received periodic text messages asked to the status of the repairs on August 8th I received a phone call from unique collision center and my vehicle was to be delivered to me that afternoon. I arrived had a 5 minute wait for detailing to be completed and on my inspection was very happy with the work and courteous employees at unique collision center. Thanks Dan appreciate all your diligence and hard work
