I bought a brand new 2020 Rogue Sport in February 2021. At first I didn’t notice (we bought it after dark), it had paint specks all over it. It was a hassle trying to bring it in to get cleaned. I was 35 weeks pregnant and the worker suggested I “get a rag and try to wipe it off” & my first oil change, they said they had no records of my maintenance plan which I know was purchased at the time we bought the car. The lady that dealt with us both times seemed confused and not like she knew what was going on. Will not be returning to this dealership, I highly recommend to avoid.

Will never go there again they have really gone down hill since changing from pat peck . My advice is to go elsewhere for your auto service needs Gulfport Nissan sucks, was forced to add a star!
Very nice service writers. I was their last customer of the day and they didnt rush me out. They took time to explain everything to me .
A lot of customers complaining about long wait times, including two hour oil changes and customers without appointments taken before those with appointments. My complaint: I was told on the phone that after checking in with a service advisor that my work would take about 15 minutes. It was actually 1 hour 45 minutes. More importantly, I saw no employees wearing masks. Sales people, service advisors, service techs - nobody! Poor service and dangerous to your health? Bad combination!
Just bought a new vehicle and so far the service department has answered all of my questions while maintaining great communication throughout a recall process!
My parents waited for 2 hours just for them to tell us that they wont work on fixing the airbag and then wouldnt say why.
Quick service. Got my oil changed and a new key fob programmed in an hour.
