Rude, arrogant and dismissive employees. I’ve given them many opportunities, thinking maybe they were having an “off” night. No, they are just poor excuses for customer service/sales employees. Disgraceful representatives of a Shell “service” station. Deplorable. I will never go there again, even though they are the closest late night station. Very bad, low vibes. I wish that I could leave a negative number of stars. These guys are the worst, especially the “muscle Mary” guy. It’s Just sad.

I arrived here on yesterday, I placed my card inside the machine at the pump, the machine stated to remove my card which I did. I turned around to place the handle in my tank but when I turned around I noticed the machine stating to remove my card, my card was not in the machine, my card was in my left pocket. I tried to clear/cancel the machine but it would not let me clear nor pump the gas. I went to the other pump but someone in front of me was in the store for a while, I left, went to another gas station to receive gas, I had to be back to work. I immediately called the store over 10 times, no one answered. I woke up this morning, check my account and someone was able to purchase $10.00 worth of gas from my card. I called the store once again, no answer. I reported the fraud to my bank. I went this morning to the store. There was only one customer in the store due to it being early. I called the store, while in the store, I am looking at the cashier just letting the phone ring. My caller I.D says ThankYouLord when I call anyone. All I hear is ThankYouLord and the man is not even looking at the phone. Lol. I said Sir, I am calling you! He turns around to the phone and smile. I reported the issue to him and how I called over 10 times before I left the gas station. He makes an excuse and says leave a message. I said I cannot because the voicemail is full. He says, well I am busy and cannot pick up the phone, the manager can but he is not here. I said you are not busy now and you didnt pick up the phone. I asked What if there was an emergency and your wife was calling? He said his wife would not call the store she would call his cell phone. I said but if you didnt hear your cell phone and if she tried to reach you, she wouldnt be able too. He stated this happens a lot at their pump. I always try to reason with people but when someone can wear a smile but just dont care. I just have to walk away, that is exactly what I did.

I went there for breakfast sandwich and the man named frank was very rude. I also notice a very alarming amount of bugs and roaches. Not a great place anymore.

I hate to leave this review; however, a glitch at the pump meant that I was charged the premium price for gasoline despite selecting the regular at the pump. After realizing there had been a mistake I went in to see why I had been overcharged, the printout receipt claimed I had selected premium, when in fact, I did not. The teller would not help me other than to say, that I had made an error at the pump. With no way to verify this, I was left without any option, but to leave, hoping that I indeed received premium gasoline. As there really isnt a way to verify that either.

Why have a drive thru if your not going to answer the window?

My dog & I have been frequenting the drive thru window since the pandemic. Every single one of their employees have been exceptional friendly and helpful. They wear masks properly, and seem to genuinely care about their customers. Five stars!

Always fast and friendly service and they have a drive through if you need something quick.

Hmm I’m a good customer for this station. They have drive thru, good prices, delicious Cubans, fine wine (a lot for a gas station) and recently switched to Shell which is really awesome as they showed me how I can save on for every fill up!!
