I brought my bike in following a bike wreck for repairs and general maintenance. Kyle was very friendly and listened closely. We discussed the damage my bike had sustained and also his plans for giving her a full checkup. Less than a week later my bike was ready to go home. She had been cleaned and repaired and was sporting much needed new brake pads and new brake cable--her rear wheel had been straightened and a new proper sized tire had been installed on the rear. (The last bike shop had put a larger than appropriate tire on the rear) All in all, she looks and performs terrific. The price was very reasonable. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. Nothing fancy here--just good service and know how.

Goes out there way to really make sure he offers you the best advice and addresses concerns. While I was there last he helped a person who bought a bike rack but was nervous in her ability to attach it correctly. So they took the time to make sure her trip was safe and showed her how to attach it for future trips at no cost to her.Not often do you see business owners taking the additional time but this shop goes the extra mile to make sure you know your valued and cared for!!He helped me out on a budget get proper parts to two trikes and the price was fantastic!!So all in all I would rate this shop at 20 stars and would highly recommend them for their top notch and honest informative information!!

Kyle is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I was Sooooo excited about getting my bike worked on at this shop which came highly recommend but the lack of professionalism that came from this man was just SAD!! I understand you are tired from working hard BUT that’s the sacrifice you decided to make to operate a CLEARLY BLESSED (if you got consistent customers) business!! Your girlfriend was EXTREMELY POLITE and SHE was the reason I was excited about calling back! However I will take my business elsewhere!! Be Blessed!!

Ive always been satisfied with the people and repairs there. With active grandsons who manage to need bike repairs this is my go to shop. If its a quick fix they will do it right then.

The best folks ever in a bike shop! They even put air in my tires...I do tip them for it! So thoughtful, they sent me to another shop because they didnt have the right bike for my scoliosis!

I had my 2005 Fuji Aloha frame painted jet black and it came out great. Almost like new. I like the work they do and the prices are very good. Would recommend to anyone looking to same money and get some good service.

A great place for new or used bicycles for people of all ages. You know you are in a great mom and pop store when you go in and tell them you need a new back tire and tube, and they say: Lets see if I have a used tire around. Itll be cheaper! Tire, tube and brake adjustment were done in less than an hour! Support family businesses. A+

Maybe they do great reasonable work, I wouldnt know. Walked a mile from the trail with a flat and they told me it would be a 2 hour wait to fix it. I said, really? I am just trying to ride home. So they said for a $25 express fee, they would fit me in right now. Um no. Taking advantage of a woman alone with a flat trying to get home (11 miles away). I got a Lyft for $18.

Took my mountain bike in this morning with a broken derailleur and got back this afternoon fixed.They replaced the derailleur and cable for $25.Courteous service and great price .

BEWARE - CHECK THE SERIAL BEFORE YOU BUY. I bought a used Cannonade road bike here and Celia (staff/owner) wrote the serial number on my receipt as her husband read it off to her, he had the bike on a lift. I had no reason to check the serial myself. I later sold the bike, but during the sale, we couldnt find the serial number on the bike -- bikes have serials in specific locations. It was not located anywhere. The buyer was adamant about having the serial so I called these folks and asked if they could retrieve the serial from the receipt. Celia promised to get back to me. She did not. No call back, as promised. No email. Nothing. Such a disappointing experience -- I would never have purchased this bike if I was aware of these things -- in other words, they are SNEAKY. BUYER BEWARE. CHECK FOR A SERIAL BEFORE YOU PART WITH YOUR CASH.

Was on the trail with a friend when she had a flat, she went to get her tire fixed while I had an errand to do st vets. I had to ride home 14 miles alone. I have had a flat on the trail before and never been charged an expedite fee. Poor customer service for sure.
