I went in and asked for two front doors and a small drop on the windshield for my Jeep Wrangler. They did a horrible job and overcharged me. They said there was a warranty so I came back in a couple weeks later and said theres nothing they can do. Take a look for yourself in these pictures. I would go anywhere else for window tint

They exceeded my expectations, my car had a very poor job done originally by the previous owner, but empress was able to fix it and install better speakers. The service was fantastic, very friendly people and very knowledgeable. I knew nothing about audio and I didn’t want anything fancy. I went in looking to update the sound system in my 14 year old F250. Mike showed me several systems and I decided on one that had so many features I had wanted in addition to the sound system it has an integrated backup camera, syncs with my phone to give me hands free phone & GPS, as well as any and all apps I have on my iPhone. It can also sync with an Android phone that my husband has. I love this new system, makes my old truck feel like new inside.

I recently bought a movie video system with wireless headphones. The system and labor to install were priced very fair. To my surprise, Empress had it in stock. The video system was installed the same day that it was bought. Nice installation work. By the way, the movie system works well and the kids enjoy it.

I had exterior lighting installed on 2 of my vehicles Saturday. Spent a total of 3 hours their nice waiting room. Lighting Installation was awesome and looks amazingly.Ive been utilizing this place for years. They have done work on 7 of my past vehicles to complete satisfaction.

Got a new Pioneer system with backup camera put in my Dodge Ram, Mike Taylor patiently walked me thru the entire process from picking a system out to picking up the truck when it was done. He also spent awhile explaining and setting up my phone with the new radio. I couldnt be more happier with the work they did and the overall professional attitudes of the crew.

I bought a radio for my truck about 120 dollars it quit working before the year was up took it to store they said it had to be sent off well it took about 6 weeks to get it back I had to call them I picked up radio took it home didn’t use it as I had to buy another radio or go 6weeks without I’m and over the road trucker so I like my music but when I went to put the radio in my boat it didn’t have a plug cord so I went to store ask about my cord was told it didn’t have one when I dropped it off I know it did but Ryan pretty much called me a liar this is how I was treated after I actually spent way over five grand in there store they have very good memory to remember ever thing that happed 6weeks ago thanks RYan for your help

Honestly they don’t call Empress Audio the best on the coast for any reason. From the initial experience to the quick install. Ryan did an impressive job taking care of my wants for my audio system and did not try and rip me off. I will be back for some future installs to my 2016 Chrysler 300.

I always come here for any audio items. My first car I had new speakers and a radio installed that was touch screen! Then I bought a new vehicle, that I had a new radio put in. I absolutely love it! Im in the wrong business. Wifes DVD player had a DVD stuck in so I bought a replacement thinking it would be a quick switch. Couple screws couple wires. Wires definitely didnt look the same so i decided to take it to the professionals. Quoted me $340 to fix it!!! Thats almost three times what the DVD player cost. I understand they had to cover their butt and prepare for a full install although I think a little investigation and they would have seen thats not the case and been able to give me a more accurate quote. The gentleman was very friendly and I will probably end up taking it there anyways because they are highly recommended but damn.

I have 2-12” speaks installed with a amp. Went with there recommendation and could not be happier with my purchase or the service. I did call back about two weeks later to get a quote on installing dash and door speakers and never go a call back. But I did do all this in Pascagoula and I know they are extremely busy. I am fixing to get these speakers changed out. And I will give them the first look.

Got the one i needed and dash kit for 20 dollars off amazon had to wait 3 days but worth saving around 100 dollars i was going to buy this head unit but not now i just order one off the internet for 10 less dollars the guy tried to rip me off...

They Are Great! But The Waiting Time Is A Little Long.

Mike and the staff at Empress audio have always been there for me for over 20 years. Great doing business with them.

I give it to them for working on a mini cooper. But they charged $400 to just put in a stereo. The bluetooth in the car does not really work anymore and at first when you turned the car off the radio would reset.

They do great work.

Had a subwoofer and amp installed a few months ago. was so pleased with the service that I came back today to have them install new tweeters plus replace my crap-tastic factory speakers. Prices are reasonable without sacrificing quality. Mike and the rest of the staff were very professional and I appreciated that they never tried to push an upsell.
