Bad customer service the worker told us that he couldnt work on our car and then told us he had to get back to work because he has all these cars to do by himself and just left us standing there after he told us he would be right back. Smh

I came in to inquire about getting my AC checked on my vehicle. I was informed they do a check for free. I mentioned I heading to do my own oil change and Nate informed me they do your oil change for free if you bring your parts.. fast service and clean working area!

Freedom Motors in Gulfport Mississippi is the best place to get a vehicle when needing one. I have had a great experience with this company. I am on my second car with them. I had a wreck with the first one (which was not my fault) and the gap insurance took care of everything like I was told it would do. I then got my second car which had a few simple errors that the service department had no problem fixing them for me. I have never had a better service experience with my car. This car buying experience has been the best one and I will not go anywhere else for my vehicle needs.

Sad How They Treat you when you are a disabled Female Buying a used Vehicle from This Dealership .I Purchased a 2011 Equinox From This Dealership on Jan 2019 and I Have Been Having Problems With it Every Since I Got the Vehicle .The First 2 Months It Was The Key .Now March I Was Told that It Was Battery. IT Still Will not crank after I Cut it Off.NOW .IM Still Having problems I the equinox Jumped off And I went to my Dentist.try To Leave and it Would Not Start. But, Now Its MY Starter .And They Used My Warranty To fix there Vehicle that Should Have been Fixed before It Was Sold To Anyone. When I Spoke with Freedom Motors .THE ANSWER IS THATS WHY WE TELL PEOPLE TO GET THE WARRANTY.WOW IM OUT OVER $2,100 Plus Insurance.

I took out a 2007 GMC yucon truck, according to the price it was 21,000, which I already understood to be financed, and left the dow of 5,000. 600 supermind if I did not give the dow payment it would be 32,000 and if it were not for the truck it was for a nephew I would have already returned it.
