Possibly the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Cashier was clueless about stock and didnt have a catalog of juice flavors. Also charged me twice for a bottle of juice. Would be awesome if I could give this place negative stars.

Came to this store 3 times in 1 day at various hours. With the open sign on. I check store hours and even called to makes sure they were open. There’s been a I’ll be back in 5 min sign up all day. Nobody’s there and the doors are locked. Seems like the owner needs some more reliable employees

We walked in to purchase cigars. While in the humidifier, we noticed that the Oliva cigars were covered in mold. We told the man behind the counter. He walked in and looked at them only because we kept talking about it. Then he said, oh, its because theyre not covered and walked out. I was appalled. This is unsanitary and disgusting. No, your humidifier must be broken because the room felt too wet and had a strong moldy smell.
